Cruz heard Theo's shout. Is that... a sign that... maybe he's my friend?, he thought, a little happy. "W-Wait!! I am going with you!!", he screamed, running after them.

"Ok." Tyler responded as he made a chair rise from stone and sat down. He pulled out a book on advanced elemental magic and began reading for an hour.

Mutt had clearly gotten lost. He hadn't even gotten a schedule or an assigned room yet, and was rushing head first to some tournament! Well he had found his way to the dorms instead, and as Theo. started towards his room, mutt accidentally collided with him. It was a head on collision and since mutt was running at nearly 30mph, the impact should have knocked both students out, or on their hind ends at the least!

"UMPH!" Mutt skids back on his tail end rubbing his head. A tad bit of blood trickled from his mouth. He had cut his lip on impact. He just didn't see the student running, and a collision was inevitable. His eyes popped a he realized what he did, and he quickly looked up to make sure the other studet was okay. After all, not everybody can handle getting run over at 30mph head on. At the verry least, mutt wanted to know if its time to run the other way, an evade a fight.

"IM SO SORRY!" He repeats over and over again, holding both hands in front of him very nervously.

Theo got up slowly brushing himself. " Its ok , you wouldn't believe me when I said I had worst." Theo laughed.

"Ah!" Theo grabbed at his head in agony. "Crap he's coming. Cruz I need you to stay with this fellow , I have a.......a experiment to do no matter what you here don't come in my room ok!" Theo ran towards his room as fast as he could

Seeing you were clearly in a hurry, Mutt let all strings go, and went wolf form. He took off after you, push himself underneath you and darted down the halls at 30 mph. "TELL ME WHERE TO GO N ILL DROP YOU OFF! YOU LOOK LIKE YOUR IN A HURRY!" He shouts over his shoulder to you.

Meruin blinked. "Was that a . . . .werewolf?" said the little magician, tilting her head. "And it just abducted Theo, how strange."

She shook her head. It wasn't her business, so she may as well head back to her room. Along the way, she placed her hand on the wall across the hallway. A circle etched itself into the wall and glowed faintly for a second before disappearing. Meruin proceeded forward like nothing had happened.

"T...to my room." Theo said in a shocked tone of voice. " It should be right around the corner." Theo continued as he was making adjustments to his arm.

Cruz got confused and worried. He wanted to follow and help Theo, but he had nothing about his arm so he could do something. The least that he did was shouting. "Come to my room later then!! Maybe we can discover what's making this pain!!", he shouted as Theo and Mutt were going. Cruz stood with Tyler, quiet.

Tyler looked up from his book, shrugged, then went back to reading his book. "I'm sure he'll be fine."

Sol walked away from the tournament room with a slip of paper in his hands, hmmm says here the first person i need to fight is the new kid, mutt, this should be fun. Sol wandered around the school for a bit and then came upon Tyler and Cruz "Either of you guys seen that new kid mutt?" he asked.

Tyler pointed in the direction he had gone without even looking up from his book.

Sol ran in the direction indicated hoping that he wouldn't get lost again looking for Mutt.

Meruin was right where Sol began running, her nose buried in her text book. Around her, a dozen more books where floating around her, some lazily flipping through pages by themselves, while others just floated beside her.

Cruz looked at Sol running after Mutt and wondered about how this school would be. I wonder if I was wrong... maybe I'm not that hated..., he thought.

After running for what seemed like forever Sol arrived back at the junction where Meruin had been reading her large collection of books, panting he walked up to her and leaned against the wall to catch his breath, "So what you reading there Meruin? Looks like you getting some serious studying in." Sol said still winded.

Meruin's eyes looked up from her books for a picosecond, and then returned. "Haven't been able to study since I got here. I'd fall behind my standard performance if I delayed any longer," she said quickly. After browsing for a few minute she spoke again. "Also I need more knowledge to help me make my gr- er, project of sorts."

Another pause. "So, how about you? You look tired."

Sol briefly pondered the cut-off word, grimore?, well not matter if she wanted to use dark magic it was no concern of his. "I've been running around looking for Mutt, this school is way to big it feels like poeple just vanish sometimes." some more deep breaths, "In any case since i can't find him and i still need a fight for this tournament dealyo, which i still know almost nothing about, so since you look busy on your," delicate pause, "project, i'll see if i can find someone else." and with that Sol headed back to where he had seen one of the newer kids Tyler. "Hey Tyler where'd you go!?" he shouted periodically

Meruin nodded noncommittally and went back to reading her books. Truthfully, she was making her won grimoire, and it was obvious, but a magus revealing their own grimoire was something that should never be done. A grimoire was a crystallization of a magic users soul, and for another to look upon it would require a trust more binding than friendship or love.

The little magician snapped her book shut and waved for another book to float in front of her. It was a book on technomages . . .

Tyler looked up from his book and smiled. He dissapated his chair into the ground and walked towards Sol. "Yes? May I help you?"
