Sol adjusted his sword as he curiously looked at the girl with wild hair who had suddenly materilized in front of him. "Yeh, i'm a student here my name is Sol. If you're looking for Mana-Script Academy you're at the right place. You want me to give you a quick shake-down on the place or you good?" Sol replied, noticing that she also had a sword, she might be fun to spar with later.

"Thank god!" She said as she tied up her hair with a white battered ribbon and held out her hand "my names lisana lyndwyrm nice to meet you , and yes could you give me a quick run-down of this place?" Lisana said as her eyes slowly drifted towards sol's sword and thought to herself 'I wonder how good his speed is with that sword mabye I should test him'

Meruin yawned, still unmindful of her state of undress. "Hauu~ Do any of you know when *yawn* the canteen opens? I haven't had the time to make my *yawn* breakfazz . . . Zzzz."

The small magician fell asleep standing up, before waking up to her stomache growling.

"Whag? Uh . . . breakfast."

Sol shake Lisana's hand, and explained "Iisana lyndwyrm, thats quite a mouthful. Anyway, classes here are essentialy whenever, whatever you want to go to. Overall goal here is to increase your ranking, If your in the top 10 then you're on the student council and you get to make decisions affecting the school. For new students, unless you remember what you got on your exams, you're unranked until you challenge somebody. That should just about cover it, if you have any more questions feel free to ask, oh and in case you're curious my rank is 15." Sol let out a deep breath, that was lot of explaining. He leaned back against the wall, since he was expecting at least one more new student to come by.

Liz chuckled in glee at Mutt's reaction after getting over the weirdness of him eating both the wrappers and the quantity of sweets. She would not tell him about the second trick with the sweets, they did the tongue blue for a few hours but with how many the boy had eaten it may take a bit longer. Her attention then turned to the boy who had approached them "Hi, oh I have not introduced myself to you guys. My name is Elizabeth Moon but you can just call me Liz for short." She did a quick bow before taking a bottle of water from her bag and drinking it.

[Flood]

"Hello, my name is Tyler. It's very nice to meet you. Do you know what rank you are? I'm rank 45... No wait! I'm 40 now, I beat up a bunch of people on my way here." He introduced himself.

"Errm I only just arrived so I probably do not have a rank now." She spoke once she had finished drinking the water from the bottle though the bottle seemed no closer to being empty "I could probably get a high rank quickly if I tried, most people struggle to deal with my magic." Liz gave a wink to the boy before looking at the little girl she felt a bit bad for and searched her bag again pulling out a sandwich "If you are that hungry you can have this." She offered.

Meruin glanced up at Liz with gratitude and despite her small size devoured the sandwich in four bites. "Haaaah . . . that was nice." She stayed silent for awhile, then her mind processed recent events. "Hm? There's a lot of new students here suddenly. So . . ."

The little magician walked closer to Liz. "What kind of magic do you use?" Enter Meruin, the magic freak.

Liz felt slightly gutted that Meruin had eaten the whole sandwich so quickly but none the less responded to the little girld question in her usual tone "Oh, Water magic but with a bit of a twist, don't want to reveal all of my secrets now do I?" She winked but looked in thought "What about you? What kind of magic do you use and what's your rank?"

"Hmmm ok I think I get it , my rank was 16 so your one above me." She said as she started pretending to rumage through her bag with one hand and slowly moving her other hand towards her sword which shrunk slightly to accommodate for her use of it. As soon as lisanas hand touched the handle she activated a speed technique and sprinted directly at sol drawing the blade. when she was about 3 ft away from him lisana dodged left to try and confuse him then attemted to strike.
((She is holding the blade under handed))

Meruin shrugged. "I use all kinds of magic. I'm a scholar by nature, so I don't just focus on one. As for my rank . . . I'm not really a fighter, so I don't know about that. I'm sure Sol knows though - it's probably rather low, like I said, I'm not as great at fights as the others."

At the corner of her eye, she suddenly saw Lisana move, and instinctively her mind prepared a barrier for herself. She raised a brow when she saw Lisana go for Sol however.

Sol watched as Lisana rummaged through her bag seemingly looking for something before suddenly lunging at him with incredible speed and an under-sized sword. Sol grinned, her feint to the left gave him enough time to dodge under her strike and her sword went over his head glancing off the wall. Sol put his palms together and let out a blast of wind straight at her torso blasting her a good 10 feet away from him. "If it's a fight you want it's a fight you'll get" Sol called out, "But if that was just a test you should leave that to professionals."

"A- *yawn* -aaare we going to hauve anutha fwight agawn?" said Meruin, her voice slurring due to drowsiness. A book floated right above her shoulder and opened up, flipping rapidly through its pages before settling on a rather detailed lightning spell. "Awkey den . . . heew I gooooo . . ."

She began chanting, her eyes half lidded and her arms moving around randomly.

Time before Meruin's spell goes off: 5 mins

Slick walked out to the group sheepisly. He stood there listening to their conversations. "Hello newcomers, I'm Slick Sloth Zairos the third, a mouthful I know so just call me Slick."

When sol ducked under her attack lisana smiled enjoying the fact that he was quick enough to dodge her attack and was about to jump backward when suddenly she got hit with a blast of air which sent her backwards knocking her off balance "Man sol your good I can tell we're going to be good friends or at least sparing partners " she said still smiling as she put her blade away and picked up her bag deactivating any magic that she didnt need and clapped him on the shoulder as she walked past him and into the school. Lisana pulled a pack of cookies out and started munching on them as she lookes around

"Wow, I want to fight someone now!" She said watching the two dash at each other and the reaction times which both of them had in amazement but her trail of thought was quickly broke by the noticing of Lisana revealing she had cookies. Learning this fact Liz quickly dashed past Slick as if he was not even there and in front of the girl staring at the cookie in glee "Want to do a trade?" Liz asked looking through her bag before realising the food she has prepared had already been devoured by Meruin. Realising this fact Liz fell to her knees in a sulk "N-never mind.."

"Wha.. oh" lisana said and looked down at her cookies "want some?" She asked as she took a cookie out and handed it to the strange girl "we dont need to trade anything plus these are to good to keep to myself."

[Flood]

Tyler looked up as Sol and the new girl began fighting. He then poked at Meruin chanting. " Oh hell no, not again." He yelled. He then summoned wind around him to up his speed and reaction time and drew a Scythe out of the earth. He dashed towards Meruin, while looking out for traps at the same time.

Liz eyes shone when she was told she could have the cookie for free and quickly took her up on the offer eating the cookie in a single bite "Hmm, they are nice." She chuckled "I saw you come in after me as well so you must be new as well, my name is Liz." The girl once again did a slight bow before being distracted by Tyler's sudden use of magic and Meruin's chanting "Wow, its just one thing after another in this place."

"yup that's me. My names lisana nice to meet you" she said then turned and looked at the spectical Liz was was talking about "do you know those two or is this something we should run from?"
