My only question on this is how powerful your weapon manupulation is, like i can instatly control any weapon? or something more like i can shift the forms of my weapons.

he normally just controls the weapon he's wielding, or any weapons he summons. He can manipulate any weapon, but if that weapon is owned by someone else, then he won't mess with it. Instead, he might just repair his allies' weapons if they get broken or something, and he can also analyze and copy weapons he sees.
