Not without cataastrophic environmental consequences. it could happen in warhammer land. But the entire chapter probably wouldn't be at fenris at the time. He could always just homebrew a chapter and say it is in the ultima segmentium.

Updated my sheet again with new numbers, two new commanders, and a few new units. Almost finished, just need to finish the polish on the hardware and maybe a couple other things if there are criticisms.

One question though since I just made an assumption in my heroes. Are Dark Mechanicus Members able to be deployed like this in service of a Traitor Legion? I felt one of them may be tempted into service of the Thousands Sons by the temptations of forbidden knowledge.
