Current Goal: To make friends before starting school in yet another town.

Talents: Athletic, great sense of humor, much smarter than he appears.

Fears: He is afraid of not knowing anyone and being the outcast at yet another school. He’s terrified of never being loved.

General Personality: He is an army brat. He has issues with making friends because he has moved so many times. He tends to be shy when in a new group, which makes getting to know people difficult, especially considering he moves so much, but once he gets comfortable with people he opens up and can be very outgoing. He has abandonment issues, and he is afraid to get attached to other people.

Inner Personality: Once Zack finds people he can be comfortable with, he becomes fiercely loyal. It doesn’t happen often with all the moving but when it does he fights like hell for his friends. While he doesn’t show it, he longs for closeness. He is a much smarter than he lets on.

Secret: He wants nothing more than to tell someone he loves them and have them say it back.

Biography: Its been Zack and his father as far back as Zack can remember. His mother left them both when he was 2 years old because she was tired of the travel and military life. While Zack loves his father, he sometimes wishes his mother took him with her. He hated the travel, 13 bases in 16 years.

Australia makes number 14, but this one is different. His dad fell in love, retired, and married some women Zack had never met. Zack doesn’t mind his step-mother, and doesn’t mind potentially living in one place for more than a year, but Australia is nothing like the US which scares the hell out of him. Either way, Zack is starting over…again.

He has always excelled in sports, especially anything that involves hitting people, or a lot of running. He likes sports because they’ve always been a good way to make friends, and hitting people has always been a good way to let his anger out “constructively.” The only other thing he has been able to keep constant in his life is his grades, he has always been a straight A student.

He and his father moved into town at the beginning of the summer, but Zack has struggled to make any friends. He doesn’t know anyone, doesn’t know where anyone hangs out, and he’s so shy that he doesn’t dare ask. The only person he has really talked to more than once was a girl names Lyn, who works at the local pub. She seems very nice, and has always been kind to him, so he frequents the pub…daily. Other than going to the pub he has been working on an old jeep he bought, trying to get it working before the school year starts.

Zack is still really skeptical about starting school this year. All the other times, even if he was an outsider, at least everyone was from the same damn country! Now he’s in a foreign country, but he isn’t moving anymore so he’ll make the best of it.

Likes: Sports, hunting, reading especially about history, working on cars.

Dislikes: Being the odd man out.

Yes, one of my friends is working on one as we speak, and then depending on how it goes, if other who had interest in it write up their CS they can always join in.

Inner Personality: His inner personality is a stronger sense of his general personality in some ways. He fights to prevent bad blood between people and vows to himself that os long as he is around everyone he knows will get along and he tries his hardest to prevent any fights he can.

Background
Biography: Marc was born in Nome Alaska, but three years after his birth his parents decided to return to Australia where his Mother's family lived. He has spent his life since then in Australia going through school, working through odd jobs, and making himself into the man he is now and is fresh out of school to start his life.

Background Biography:Growing up wanting nothing more then tofinish his school and move on he was soon in first grade whenever he moved to Australia with his dad. His dear dad was his best friend seeing as his mom died. He quickly took in history loving every bit of it. A bit flimsy woth his words he couldnrecite almost any bit of big history if asked. At his senior year he was extremely happy as he would soon be off to college and nearly away from school. His job as a fast food worker wasn't settling, after college wanting nothing but to soon become a soldier and help his country/continent.

1. Your story line is completely off. As I stated in the introduction to this OOC page, the war has not yet begun (see quote below)

The story begins, like she says, at the beginning. Before anything happens to the country. The young group of teenagers planning and then going on a camping trip to finish off the summer.

2. Your description of your character as well as your biography do not flow; I would suggest you rewrite them so that it works better with the story line; which can also be found in the first post on this page. Fears: Afraid she won’t achieve her goal…or that it won’t fulfill her life like she thinks it will. Also drowning, she was never taught how to swim
General Personality: The only way Harper sees she can get by is to become popular. Some see this as shallow, but Harper doesn’t know what else to do with herself. So, throwing herself into the ‘popular group’ at school she acts almost too happy and parties frequently.
Inner Personality: With the losses in her life, Harper has learned to put on a show like no other that she’s satisfied with life and happy, but inside she fears it won’t bring her joy. She would rather stay at home on the computer, but where would that get her socially? While she may flirt, it never goes anywhere because she really only does it for attention.
Secret: Her inner personality is a pretty big secret, but the details will have to wait.

Background
Biography: Harper lost both her parents in middle school, and was adopted by her aunt and uncle, living with them and an older sister that puts even more pressure on her to be well known at school. She made the dance team her sophomore year and next year, as a senior, she hopes to make captain. After getting caught drinking at an ‘end of the school year’ party Harper was grounded for the summer, however, and isn’t allowed to go to any parties. Thankfully her aunt knows the parents of some of her classmates… she knows them from class. She actually likes them, but never hung out with them outside of class.
