I kind of control the story and where it foes to a point (I.e. when certain events happen), and shadow encounters. However, the two other gms who are helping out have some control over the story too, and shadow encounters.

I also accept apps, and other gms have the power to accept or deny apps also.

Hurm... Not feeling very inspired or enthusiastic towards this anymore right now, and haven't been feeling exactly great for a few weeks (been really stressed out and was so sick the other day I had to spend the night in the hospital) so I'm going to drop out since trying to figure stuff out for this is just piling on even more stress. Sorry. Vita can continue to use Shiki as an NPC if she needs to, but otherwise assume he's not really important anymore. Sorry.

That's still what I technically do. Also, I haven't removed anyone yet, but if it takes a while for them to post, like a long while, I'll make em non persona users.
