I’m hunting for some Borderlands goodness, as the title states. I’m pretty enamored with the universe. Comedy, drama, shooting bandits in the face, wub wub, and gazillions of guns—what more could a girl want?
I’ve played the main campaign for 1, main campaign and all DLC for 2, and the demos for Tales From the Borderlands and the Pre-Sequel. I’ve never RPed in the universe before, but I’m experienced enough where that shouldn’t be an issue.
I’m looking to play and develop Maya. I’m happy to write her with any canon characters from the series, but I’m especially looking for fellow Vault Hunters. I ship Maya/Axton and Maya/Krieg, but shipping is hardly necessary.
Content wise; Pandora’s a shitty place, and lots of brains are going to be splattered all over the goddamn place. The violence is going to be over the top ridiculous, but that's half the charm. I’m not opposed to mature romance, but it’s not required. I’m happy to write at your comfort level!
I’d love to write through the main campaign, with some slice of life goodness in Sanctuary along the way. I’m also down with post-game goodness!
My ideal partner writes around 3-6 paragraphs a post, depending on what the game needs, with less for combat and dialogue heavy scenes and more for exposition. I’m a friendly Taco and I like to be buddies with my partner, so be prepared for me to talk your ear off about geology out of game.
I need someone who can be patient with me. I love to RP, but I’m a full time student who commutes 5+ hours a day during school and I’m married with puppies. There are going to be times where I won’t be around for a few weeks at a time, especially during finals. I’ll never ditch a game forever when it starts, but I have had to take month long hiatuses before.
