Oh, dangit; there's a continuity error in Constantine's Backstory: Metahumans only emerged on 2010, yet he was supposed to have lost his birth parents to a Metahuman battle at a young age...even though he's 30 at present.

So, I'll Retcon his backstory instead.

Well, basically, their agenda is to create an environment where Metahumans and Normal Humans can coexist peacefully, or at least, not kill each other. To do this, they are trying to make conditions better for both Corporate and Government Metas, with their primary focus being Aperture and its governmental cronies, because Aperture is the Big Bad.
