I mean using the whole, "I have a family member in the Marine." thing could go multiple ways.
I never stated that he asked for Levitt's help, I mean he could but...I never stated that. Maybe one day you can learn how to use information in different ways

But out of 19 ranks, I think being placed at number six is pretty high O.o Captains are pretty important. The only ones being above them are Commodores and fucking Admirals dude xD
