Alicia doesn't really use weapons, when you have an air cannon in your hand it seems redundant to carry a gun. And using a blade is messy, she likes her kills to be nice and clean ^^

ah, with the scalpels, doctors kills will also be clean and precise, especially with his knowledge on the human body

also I plan to give the doctor armament haki later and not observation haki like all the other lame-o's who want to avoid everything thing xD
