as I said expllo..I blame oda for implementing him poorly right now and had made him seem like a chump. though I find a blind admiral that wants to fix the marines as an interesting char and hopes oda really showcases him cause so far he has done nothing truly impressive or admiral like at this point.

Fair points, I hope we get more than meteors honestly. Otherwise that ability would just be a waste, but I trust Oda.

I tried. I couldn't tell who was talking when the camera wasn't on the crew and it bothered me too much. Plus with subbed I find myself reading more than watching and I don't like that.

indeed..I mean there's so many ways to use a gravity ability..and all he does is mostly use it for meteor or holding someone in place xD

Abilities:
As a fishman he is born with ten times the physical strength of a human and his strength is even further increased when he fights underwater. He can breathe and talk underwater as well and can even communicate with other fish. Seamus is able to move around in water swiftly and at fast speeds. Because of his two extra arms he is able to have more options of attacks.

Seamus is a master of both Fishman Karate and Fishman Jujutsu, even being formidable when even on dry land and when underwater their strength is amplified even further.

Haki: Seamus is skilled with Observation Haki and is able to avoid a volley of attacks with ease.

Personality:
A man who puts his pride in his skills as a shipwright and has a commanding presence. He is a fatherly man and listens to whatever problems that his peers tell him. Seamus refers to young people as kids due to him being so old though that is because that they don’t have much experience with the world. If he sees that they have then he will see them as adults. He is a hardy man and loves a good fist fight and drinking. He is however very calm in tense situations. Do not ask about his past because he will become very bitter.

Bio:
Ever since he was young Seamus had been fascinated with ships. Ships are what keep everyone alive; transporting food, medicine, and other necessities. As soon as he was old enough he became an apprentice shipwright where he would learn the trade and eventually later in his years become a master of it. During that time he met a young human woman named Ann, someone that he would become smitten with eventually. She eventually would reciprocate her feelings for him though there were problems; people looked down upon human fisman relations and she couldn’t walk. She was born without the ability to even stand so she lived most of her days in a wheelchair. Ann had never been able to see much of the outside world so Seamus made a promise to her; he would build her a magnificent ship for her so that one day he could take her out to see the world. It took him years to build it though he didn’t fail to bring his promise. The two were going to go ride the high seas together until tragedy struck; a jealous rival of Seamus who was obsessively in love with Ann shot her. If he couldn’t have her then no one could. Seamus, enraged and filled with grief, killed the man. Seeing what he had done, he fled the town with the ship he made, becoming a pirate due to not having many options left to him. Many, many years later he retired from being a pirate and currently lives in a small village by himself.

You learn the person's distinct voice after a while, plus, you develop the ability to read what they are saying really quickly and then flick back to the picture. Or at least, I do.

Both, really the only Dubbers I really like is Crispin Freeman and Liam O'brien. Especially Crispin's Alucard Voice.
