Marines are being summoned to Mariejois for Kaido's execution. While Alicia's Silver Skulls and Yu's Flashbang Pirates are doing some kind of a meeting, checking out each other if they're worthy to be called pirates and stuff. Apparently, they seem to be coming into good terms now. Lobos has drifted into Karrot island seeking for a ship. He's currently with Seamus, trying to talk him down to sell him his ship. Nicholas, Drake, Hajime. and Rogelio's currently heading to Mariejois.

Fruit Type: Paramecia

Abilities: She can produce a goo like substance in her body that she can freely change the color and uses it like a paint or ink. The substance has a very strong hypnotic effect to the brain that if the paint had made contact to a target, the effect will instantly overwrites all other actions the target may attempt. For example, she painted her target the color blue making her target to feel a sudden sense of intense sadness for no apparent reason that will deem them immobile as long as the paint/ink remains close or stuck to their body. Or she could paint a red circle in a wall, and no matter how hard her target try to attack her, as long as the red circle is visible to them, they would always end up hitting it, like a mad bull to a red cloth. Each color may vary in effect depending on what she would want her target to feel about it.

Techniques

Red of Aggression: the effect would make her target extremely aggressive, throwing them into a state of rampage, however, it will also make them to become utterly reckless to the point of neglecting their own safety, thus dealing a lot of damage not only to their surroundings but to themselves as well.
Orange of Betrayal:
Laugher's Yellow: this would lead the target to have a ceaseless laughing feat. They would just practically laugh their heads off unable to do anything.
Disorienting Green: the target will feel very sick, like motion sickness kind of sick. They could try to fight, but they will feel extremely sick in every move.
Violet of Obedience:
Indigo of Truth:
Crying Blues: like the Laugher's Yellow, the target will suddenly feel a strong urge to cry for no apparent reason.
Black of Fear: the target will feel extremely scared, literally towards anything. A rock could easily scare them with this paint on them.
White of Peacefulness: once she have applied this to her target, it fill them a profound sense of peacefulness and would refuse any kind of violence. The effect would instantly make them forget any hurtful thoughts, and become pacified.

Personality: She has a very peculiar way of speaking. When she speak, she can only say one sentence at a time, never too long, just a brief but direct statement. She appears to have no knowledge of any punctuation mark as well, so when she speak, it always come out in a flat monotone, devoid of any expression whatsoever. Piko is almost passive most of the time, always staring in an empty space that gives one both the impression that she could be in deep thought, or thinking nothing at all.

That's not his dream xD he hates unjust killing, he seeks to reform the government not destroying it. Destroying the government would result in free killing xD he was describing how this world is now and was talking about the Celestial Dragons
