Uhh, ignore the last part.
Kkysn Dominion
The Noradian Species
A Noradian in traditional Councilor robes.
Noradians have one single Cyclopian eye in the middle of their head. (The figure above has their eyes closed.) Skins range from pale white to purple, but has no effect on their social status. Their diet consists of more vegetation than meat, although they aren't totally herbivorous. Their life expectancy reaches an average of 250 years.
There are many other species within the Kkysn Dominion, although there are too many to note.

Capital System and World
Noradius, orbiting Arcturus, a well known star entering its old ages (Its distance from Earth is 36 lightyears, so the star's age will not matter astronomically.) The Arcturians have prepared well to face the threat of an expanding sun, creating a heat shield that will protect their planet until Arcturus expands well enough to consume the capital planet itself in searing heat, in which the Arcturians have also an emergency plan stored that will be executed within millions of years or so.
The heat shield is also the greatest weakness of Noradius, and destroying 2 of the generators will subject the planet to higher temperatures. It is heavily guarded and shielded, however.
Culture and Religion
The Kksyn Dominion values the lives of innocents, hence not having invented yet a planet-destroying weapon. They should not be underestimated, however, as they do produce weapons focusing more on sheer firepower, and they already have the blueprints for mass destruction stored in the archives in case of emergency. When the Dominion invades a world, they evacuate civilians on a planet with large ships, while the military force focuses on the government and military quarters of the enemy. Most citizens praise the Dominion for not subjecting civilians to their wrath; critics say this is merely a hostage tactic. The Dominion values the speech of its citizens, but the Council's decisions are highly respected.
The religious beliefs of the Kkysn citizens are diverse, with over a thousand in existence, although around less than half are variations of already existing religions.
Government
The Dominion is ruled by 7 councilors, elected by the people and checked by the other councilors before approval of position when one of them either resigns or dies. These councilors vote on provisions, laws, treaties, permits and the like.
Technology and Military
The Dominion ensures that any asset is small enough to be practical, properly armored and agile, yet big enough to either accommodate more weapons, smaller ships or people.
Ground Units
Nemesis Worm
The Nemesis Worm is the main tool for destroying buildings and piercing a ship's armor. They can be deployed either on ground, or right onto ships. Nemesis worms are unmanned, controlled from outside. The worm is strong enough to survive 2 Nagasaki's, yet its maw is a major weak point. Located on its body are medium power lasers ranging from fifteen to thirty.
Mechs
Mechanical ground units other than the Nemesis Worm are primarily for patrolling and scouting purposes.
Soldiers
Forces of the Dominion are usually armored in carbon nanoplated suits. Their equipment consists of light plasma blasters or low yield plutonium missile launchers for the explosives oriented, medium duty laser rifles or kinetic explosive rods for the regulars, and stealth auto camo armor for special stealth missions.
Space Fleet
Coros Carrier-Battlecruiser
1 km length
Equipped with
at least 2 regular heavy duty antimatter weapons, 20 plasma weapons and 30 laser weapons. Plated with titanium-tungsten alloys. The captain can request for more weapons, under his own budget.
Secra Destroyer
0.3km length
Generally has the most firepower out of all the ships in the fleet. 1 single Sharos concentrated antimatter cannon that can punch a hole in a planet's crust (assuming that the crust has a thickness of 5 miles) yet will not destroy much area on the surface, 5 plasma weapons , 10 missile bays and 20 laser weapons. Shielded with nanorobotic fields. Graphene-tungsten plated. The Sharos gun takes a few minutes to charge before firing, and best prepared before engaging a heavily armored enemy.
Lokas Frigate
80m length
Main assault ship, best used to exploit the weaknesses of large ships. Lightly armed, but heavily armored. 1 medium duty plasma weapon and 4 lasers, as well as 2 missile bays. Plated with carbon nanoplating and enhanced graphene alloys.
Supership: Fraile
0.5km length
The Fraile is only slightly larger than a Secra, yet its status of being able to survive a storm of molten rock while being dangerously close to a large scale planet collision with almost no mark gives it the Supership title it deserves. 150 layers of graphene, insulation, and nanobased alloys, each measuring a foot thick, encase the Fraile, and dense concentrations of nanobots wrap around it in a shell. There are usually more antimatter and plasma weapons than lasers and missiles, even having two Sharos cannons (even amounting to fifty antimatter-based weapons), which means that over half of the ship's contents consists of power generators, making the ship completely vulnerable if its nigh impervious shell has a hole near them. Can resist two shots from a Sharos cannon. Two Frailes are available overall.
Note that more ships with variations are there; these are the most powerful within their respective tiers. Also note that their armor becomes better as the size goes down.
Technology of Note
Jump Portals: Allows easier, near risk-free travel between major worlds, making trade faster.
Graphene: Known to be thousands of times tougher than steel, but alloys still subject to melting.
Antimatter Weapons: Great to take down multiple ships at once, but protocol forbids use of it against planets.
Sharos Cannon: Concentrated antimatter beam that is legal to use on planets, since the AoE is rather small for a weapon of its power. Also used against incredibly tough ships, but impractical since the cannon's charge time is long.
Unmanned Probes: As armored as a Secra, but equipped with only one laser, missile or plasma weapon and has a 1m radius. Best in swarms, quick to overwhelm single ships.
History
The Noradians started off normally, gaining their intelligence and capabilities through a long, slow process called evolution. Wars were fought, peace was made, progress moved forward and knowledge was continually sought. However, some time after the beginning of their interstellar age, strange climates started to occur, and when their sun, Arcturus, was the cause behind this, a war was fought to become the sole nation to survive their planet's death.
Once one of the Noradian superpowers among many others on the homeworld, the Dominion largely gained its success in becoming the single empire of the Noraidan race through gaining praise from citizens of enemy nations by sparing civilians during the final Great War. The Dominion were supposed to make alliances with most of the alien nations they encountered, but they were so pleased with the Ksykn Dominion's charisma that they opted to become part of the empire instead. Their expansion took off to a rapid start, reaching five hundred planets (including lesser developed colonies) within the course of five decades. Heat shields, the solutions to their homeworld's problem, were set up a century later.
