Despite using airstrikes, special forces, an army and maybe orbital bombardment to absolutely destroyed stranded aliens! And a fleet!

They fired first, have ignored all attempts to estiblish a line of communication, and then fired on a Iscandarian ship after approaching atmosphere and ignoring warning shots.

Also Apollo, those fighters are using kinetic ordinance. As in rail-guns, how do you stop that with other kinetic weapons?

This despite the fact the Iscandarians are basically still arguing the "Iscandarian's Burden"...

Also, Apollo, was there a reply for the STC Acheron?

Whether or not people have done worse thibgs than duck does not matter in the slightest. Whether or not Key has striiped Duck of powers however many times does not matter. Duck continously does unrealistic and over the limit actions and creations. This is a fact and can not be argued. Key have striiped Duck of powers several times but immediately regrants powers and/or actions under 24 hours later. This a fact and can not be argued. While Key has great ideas, the dup isn't worth Roleplaying along side. Side note; it's hilarious to come back and see the responses you all give

It's been more than a day since I stripped Duck of his powers, and I sure as hell didn't give them back, and he won't get them back. Ever. There have been times when I have considered banning Duck, but he's done some good pieces in the past.

That being said, he seems to be refusing to take any losses, and is denying the very nature of his species. Unless there's a damn good explanation for the Iscandarians being warmongering assholes (that involves an actual storyline and not another "It's a joke"), then things will happen. Just so you know, I'm pretty sure something like that is going to happen.

They declared war once in the entire RP. Once.

And the reason behind that is that sometimes they feel that a species is to violent to continue on it's own, as has happened before in their past history prior to the RP. However as you can see there is some disagreement internally over when a species becomes to violent.

1) duck I didnt fire at your frigate, look back at my post. I never fired at any of your forces. Until you fired at me then I opened fire. We ignored you because we couldnt understand you, but we did tell you to stay back. My people dont trust your people, especially when the first thing you do is surround them with troops.

2) "These small craft stealthed, re-appearing to unleash their weapons upon the alien's ships. The stealth bombers dropped some kind of payload of green and orange fire, its impact site devastating whatever it touched, but it also quickly spread to damage nearby ships." that is exactly what you said, it made no mention of rail guns. Also point defense turrets are designed to stop incoming projectiles, Look up CWIS systems.

And no sorry LaX, ill get working on you response

> Condemns Violence

> Forces their standards onto a people using a massive war fleet that only retreated because their dreadnoughts were in danger

EDIT: I'm not sorry.

By using smart munitions. At least that's how the vul'kruun do it.

The real-life CIWS (or Close-In-Weapons System) uses a similar principle, although the CIWS fires standard ammunition; it's also designed to destroy missiles, not rail gun rounds.

1.I misread it, oops.

2.Thats refering to the bombers in space., not the fighters on the planet. A round from a rail-gun system is also moving ridiculously fasr, and in the Iscandarians case they use small shards of heavy tungsten. It be impossible to target them.

Then I didnt, stop it, you shot down a gunship or two before my fighters showed up. I still see no mention of munitions or rail guns on the ground.

Is this roller coaster gonna stop any time soon? Rofl. What I don't get is why no one is rallying anti Iscandarian support IC if they think the EU are being too aggressive. You've got evidence and incidents to point to, just see if you can get anyone's support and declare a war of containment. Iscandarian hypocrisy will simply further your cause and damage theirs. Of course the EU will have a lot of support, their painting themselves that way, if you want to oppose them you've got to dispel the image their painting, turn people to your side etc.

Thank you Darkwolf. IC solutions to these problems, instead of ranting and raving in the OOC. You, my friend, are the voice of reason. Hopefully, they listen.

They can use radar to track them.

And if they're the size of needles or pencils, they uselessly impact the hull of the ship in a spray of equally-useless plasma.

Or Space China
Because we could easily just divided into spheres of influence and then intervene when your peeps get violent towards us. Then you rise up and become powerful that everybody becomes scared of you.

So, essentially if someone is wary and afraid and is playing realistically, where you can't just learn an entirely different language in a blink of an eye, you'll kill them all?

If the Iscandarians make a move against Nouvelle, there will be Valkians, Humans, Sarzjaciaiesiatjisefsa, and maybe one or two other nations beating you up, Duck. It doesn't matter if they make a hostile move towards you; you're last to the party, and everyone will prefer the humans and the Valkians over the Iscandarians. Unless, of course, you decide to control them with your magic, in which you'd be violating your people's morals and turn them more into Draconians than into Equestrians.

And I assure you, getting into a full battle with one of your Dreadnaughts against one of my Explorers will not end well for you. Especially so since there is a Varren around.

Another thing, who would like to rally some support together to create an anti-Iscandarian side?
First, of course, we'd need the Humans to bring the Valkians or the Sarzies over to the anti-side, to create a good power base. Nouvelle would be useful, since it's a middle point between the human systems and the valkian systems, so that'd be a strategically important spot.

And tiny little shard projectile things will do absolutely nothing to Valkian warships. Armor is too thick, too compacted, too strong. Your shards, no matter how fast or much, will just shatter against the armor.

Will have a post up very soon. I think we need to hurry up with the Nouvelle diplomacy; it's taking as much time as a war and then some.
