Imagine how fun it would be to play the outsider in the group, too! Coming from Faire's point of view, she would welcome the cousin of her race. The Altmer and pre-fall Falmer are similar in ways. Falmer wanted to execute Nords and man because they thought they were superior to them, and the Altmer believe they are superior, too. Now when it comes to two egotistical races, I imagine they didn't get along so it can swing both ways. That and the Altmer would either revere a surviving Snow Elf, or discriminate against her. I personally believe the latter would happen.

Oh at a time, Faire actually liked her neighbors, the Nords. Many Nordic feasts, friends and celebrations lie deep within her mind, but it is easy to forget after 4000 years of stewing on the massacre of her people, even if the Falmer were the aggressors at first. Once an outgoing gal, she now sits in silence and solidarity. Friendship is the perfect remedy, though that won't happen quite that easy.

Actually, my guy's going to be obsessed with her, as she's so beautiful. As an explainer, his relatives married a Bosmer and a Dunmer, so it wouldn't be that strange to him. I even thought of a good pick-up line. "Do my eyes deceive me? Has Lady Dibella deigned to take mortal form and walk among us?"

Now, I already know Niko will be quite patient in gaining friendship with Faire - and will probably become rather protective of her. Which means pick up lines like that will be fairly looked down down upon by him :) I can't see Faire liking it either haha XD

Yeah... Levitating over magic is a standard 'Game' tactic, if it's available, in reality, which is what we trying to keep it as close as possible to, that would never work. Please remedy that.

Yeah... Levitating over magic is a standard 'Game' tactic, if it's available, in reality, which is what we trying to keep it as close as possible to, that would never work. Please remedy that.

Thanks for rectifying that one guys; I didn't want Paarthunax being introduced yet. Also, TU, I highly doubt that your character will be able to pick up much Dovah language. He may know a few words, but to learnt even sentences - Shouts included - isn't going to happen, no matter how clever he is.

I was only going to have him learn abou dozen or so words, maybe some pronunciation, then give up, as it's way harder than dwemer or the little bit of Alliyd he picked up.
