Um, no, but you're a pro, so you get like Sniper rifles, or assault rifles, and stuff. (No explosives though, so bazooka's RPG's, that stuff is out.)

Yeah. Arms wing, You can also ask the patrol in the arms wing to bring something better.

Oh btw, If we break something, they replace it with a reproduction until it's fixed. We can also use Babe Ruth's bat. That's in the History Wing.
