They kicked Suko out of the house where Suko met Kumo. They soon became friends and when Kumo learned to play flute so did Suko. She joined the circus to get friends who accept her. She acts with Kumo helping her by playing the flute when Kumo can't.

That's his active ability. He can murder, but he has to do it himself. The biggest extent of his passive abilities are simply make the person who's in his aura feel very unedge and much less happy. He would only murder if there truly was a large threat that endangered the lives of the other carnies.

I think you should only have either the passive or active ability, not both.
