[IC] The City of New Ba Sing Se

"You? Ha ha, I guess anybody would be a step up from the stiffs that run it now" The girl said as she walked with the boy back to his parents inn. Even though she put her faith wholeheartedly in the avatar she couldn't help but think about what Ton had said, maybe he was right, and maybe great grandma Korra was the last avatar we needed. Maybe we did need to start solving our own problems, however she refused to believe that the usefulness of the avatar had come to an end. "Oh what are your parents going to be surprised you showed up unannounced with a pretty girl like me? That's okay I'll just tell them we're going steady, you know holding hands and all that." She said with a sly smirk elbowing him softly in the arm as he mentioned something about mulling her stay over with his parents.

[Saarebas]

"Chief Tonrar, Yeah that just has a certain ring to it don't you think?" Ton said with a cocky grin as he pondered the thought He rolled his eyes as he listened to Rikka's joke. "Yeah that is all well and good, but you would have to fight for my betrothal necklace with another girl in my life." He said as they turned a corner just to be met with a large polar bear dog pining Ton to the ground, licking his face. "And here she is now, ho are you doing Kawai." He said as he managed to get back to his feet and petted the polar bear dog on the head.

I look outside, feeling like punching someone, then I notice a group of people with cloaks on walk up to a vendor shutting up his shop for the night. Thats when they all remove their hoods, revealing 5 Fire Nation clad girls. They each make flame daggers in their hands, spinning through the air at the guy. I pull on my cloak and walk towards the door, not touching the handle. I turn around and run right at the window, diving outside, using my air bending to keep shards of glass off me. "Let...him...go!" I command, the leader of the girls laughing before shooting a fireball right at me. I respond by hitting it in midair with a kick, causing i to split in two, and going towards the girls, who dodge the halves. I jump five times, each time launching a flame at them with a kick, only taking down one of the girls.

[Leda]

"Aww, what kind of girl would I be if I stole you away from this beautiful woman, and she's quite the looker. I didn't know you had such good taste." She said laughing after Ton had been knocked to the ground by the large polar bear dog . It seemed like the night was far from over as the girl heard a noise that sounded like fire bending coming from around the corner "Hey did you hear that?" She said turning around quickly, "Come on!" The girl yelled to the boy as she ran to where the noise was coming from and turned the corner only to find the girl from earlier being attacked by five girls. She quickly looked for a water source and found a troth for animals, took the water from there, and quickly wrapped around one of the girls legs and flung her into a wall. "Look at what we have here Ton a bunch of stupid goons picking on an innocent girl, you people really just don't know when to call it a day do you? Looks like I'm gonna have to teach you a lesson" The girl said with a little smirk as she clasped her fist inside of her hand.

[Saarebas]

Ton's chuckle at Rikka's comment was cut short by the girl running off towards the sound that could of only been fighting. He chased after her, the mountain of a polar bear dog named Kawai following suit, and found the sight of the girl from earlier being surrounded by five female fire benders, well now three as two have been so skillfully dealt with. Ton grew a cocky grin, he was use to dealing with some of the would be thugs of the city that tried to muscle their way into his neighborhood, needless to say they never succeeded. Ton used a spout of water from a near by fountain to pull one of the would be muggers close to him and swiftly wacked her on the side of the head, leaving her out cold. "I don't know Rikka, they don't seem so stupid. I mean they do have us out numbered... wait scratch that." He said with a smirk.

[Falconi]

Kat stands at the foot of a building on the other side of town from the fight. He had paid the fire benders, anonymously of course, to cause a distraction. He bent down and light the tender wood at the base of a favorite bender hang out. Good, he thought to himself before he walked off into the night.

[WizardGirl]

I jump towards the girls, launching a flame with a side kick, letting it hit all of them "They were too easy…as if they weren't the real danger." I turn towards the others, "And I can handle myself…I don't need help." I turn towards the road and take off running, using my air bending to make myself faster, I notice that there is smoke in the air but pass it off as nothing.

[Leda]

"What the- you're welcome!" she said angrily at the girl's outburst. "What is with the people in this city! All we were trying to do was help and that's the thanks we get!?" The girl shouted almost waking the whole city. "What is with the people in this city? Why is everyone so rude and so much for that sweet attitude she was giving off a while ago." She said as she crossed her arms and turned to the girls who had attacked the shop keeper. What the other girl had said before she ran off was right, they DID seem a little too easy, and if they weren't the real danger then who were they supposed to be distracting for. "Oh well what do you propose we do with them Ton"

[Saarebas]

Ton shrugged slightly. "You kind of get use to it. A 'get out of my way' here is pretty much a thank you here." He said as he dragged the thug he knocked out over to the others. He sat the girls all up back to back before using the water from the fountain to freeze them all together. "We should probably tell the police shouldn't we?"

[WizardGirl]

I walk inside of the Police Department and notice a lot of commotion "Umm excuse me…" I try getting the secretary's attention. "A group of women attacked a sho-" before I can finish and explain where the girls are the woman shushes me. "I'm sorry girl, but we are busy, there is a fire at one of the bending arenas…we need all forces over there." She says this before walking away. I groan, "I hate cops…guess I have to go back now. Wonder whats up with that fire…I could always go check that out." As I run over towards the smoke the police tape comes into my view. So instead of just standing there I duck into the alleyway where no one is and use my Air Bending to jump between the walls and get onto the roof. I run over to the ledge and look down, watching some water benders try and put it out.

[Falconi]

Kat watched from his desk as the girl from earlier enter the station and try to talk to one of the regular officers, but get ignored. The girl then left and Kat followed from a distance. Once he realized the direction she was going, he quit following her and headed to the fire. "Officer, do we know what happened?"
