If you're going to use the hell energy as an auto-hit that causes lingering damage on anyone who touches you, that should probably be added to the CS so LeeRoy can actually approve it. Being able to automatically transfer a burning material that adheres to anything that comes into contact with you and lasts for an unspecified duration is a bit overpowered unless limits are specified and it gets approved. In my opinion at least. If the armor had just shattered and behaved like normal solids, liquids, or gases there wouldn't be any issue, but the "haha you're gonna be burning for the rest of forever" potential of this new development can't be ignored.

Basically, I'd like to know some more about how exactly this new ability works.

just shake it off your arm it works on you like the armor works on Adrian. Its not an auto hit unless you punch him then its like well have fun punching a solid that can adhere to you with enough heat to cremate someone. His armor is made of the same energy he manipulates which means he can mold it on the fly it says so in his CS.

Include that in his sheet or change the post, that's the only options here.

Because that's not something I thought he was capable of.

I know he can mold it on the fly, but that's different from "you punch me and my armor sticks to you". He'd have to be actively holding it on Arthur's arm after getting punched in the chest at upwards of 300 mph and violently hurled backwards. If you had written that Adrian is actively focusing to keep the energy wrapped around Arthur's arm, that would be an entirely different situation, but as it is the armor simply adheres of its own accord. There's no mention of any auto-adhesion properties in the CS.
