Personality
Emma is a happy-go-lucky,bubbly, and cheerful young girl. She displays limitless enthusiasm and never fails to let it show during her dead. As a result of this excitement, she has a tendency to talk in circles. She has a rather peculiar imagination and at a point, asking her dad if carpets could talk. Even if she was in combat, Emma would retain her joyful personality and stays focused. In spite of her limitless excitement and enthusiasm, Emma is a more insightful than one would think and is capable of being serious.

Powers
The user can change emotional energy into tools, objects, weapons and other items, and as well possibly creating semi-living constructs and/or create structures of varying permanence. If Emma masters this ability she can use it for almost any situation, by generating any item by her emotional energy. Each emotion has certain advantages and disadvantages compared to each other. Generating an item turns out to be transparent and seems to be drawn out by light, though each emotion has a different strength and Aura and has a weakness and a limitation that can overcome the user.

History
Emma's life was plain and mundane. Not much happened through out her child-hood. Though when ever she was sad or angered little spurts of emotion generating around her though it was too transparent for anyone to see. It didn't cause much in her childhood no one noticed that she had these mystic powers and Emma soon forgotten about them. Things began springing out in high-school. People didn't exactly like her nor did they want to be near her, too weird they supposed. They, they began soon enough. At home Emma would sit in her room staring at the ground, tears would usually fall. Her powers, that she couldn't control would leak, like a blue light spinning around her and the whispers of those who ' ignored her ' She ignored them as well. She'd turned down her volume slowly splitting away from what was known as humanity. Her parents tried to comfort her, speaking with her, but it didn't work. She was depressed, a stage of which only some go through. She didn't know what was going on and she knew she was 'different' from the rest. Anger, that's what it was...anger. People started 'messing' with her when they soon found it she was slightly different. So what? Though on a day, a happy day? It was a clear, no doubt, it was the last day of 11th grade and the rest of the grades. (Cx) She finished. She was finished with others and thus she went on an outrage. Emotions of which she unleashed on those all her emotions soon exploded killing...killing so many, though soon someone came, took her at her peak of power.

They....They tested her. Doing horrific experiments on her. Though she really didn't care. She was happy, going crazy at the time. But, meh, she was away from those bastards....and thus...a new story started.....

Any at all but most people have gone for areas in New York simply because of their proximity to Brooklyn, I would guess. If you're unsure you could start off in Brooklyn - Wolverbells' and my characters are close to the 'goal'.

Hm? Well, Miriam's currently just hiding out, so your character could bump into her while she's on the move. Or she could even meet him while he's heavily injured after a bad encounter. Either way is fine.

There were some changes I made to my character sheet but I don't think it was noticed before it was placed in the OP/Character Dump Thread. Nothing major though, just a few alterations to the name and history.

So just going to throw this out their, Faust isn't exactly making it obvious he is watching the pair...he is kind of a trained "agent" so to speak. I edited my post to kind of clarify that cause I didn't really make it clear.
