Personality: Haru is a very serious, quiet person, rarely talking unless absolutely necessary. He also despises talkative, annoying people, and will not hesitate to kill to protect another person, but it takes a massive threat for him to kill something that's attacking him.
Bio: Haru's past is known by very few people, but one thing that is known is that at one point he was blessed by a war god with both an inability to age, and the ability to analyze any weapons or armor he sees instantly, then he is able to make a copy of it later, along with use any weapon he picks up with no problem. Thanks to this blessing, he has always been known among his allies for being proficient with weapons, and the bureau asked him to join precisely because his abilities would be useful, but other than that, not much is known about him.

sorry for my extended absence, i've been quite busy these last few weeks, and it doesn't seem as though it'll let up soon. I'll post when I can, however, if my character is required for something -say for example, his input is required-, then I give full permission for him to be used by anyone who requires him at the time so long as they are mindful and tell me what he's done upon my returns.
