Oh dear... Hmmn, I'll place Marcus around the marketplace the next time I post for him. Shin and Markul are currently in/near a lovely establishment in the Western District (as are Thora, Lavica and Kaiden... they are piling up in the Gutted Karak lol). Amy will be patrolling the western district sometime soon, Leander is near his shop in the western district, Myth is currently in a forest near Amaryth with his Ranger's Apprentice' references, Barron is approaching as well. Allesia and Angie are in the Kalesian Embassy (which would be more in the city centre I suppose, forgive me if I'm mistaken). Aaand.. That's about it I suppose ^_^

I know where Roan's heading though where he started from... well, that's another matter. >} I suppose since Apokalipse mentioned them getting separated from each other around the entrance and the fact she ended up in Western Distract then its safe to assume that's where Roan will start off and end up into some serious trouble. Still figuring out the details but expect a scene at least. XD

I remember you though you never did get that PC up. Currently in casual, it's got 596 posts in the IC
and 5970 in OOC (though that's mostly Rtron and Lucius as well as the Players doing Image wars! XD), still kicking though its slowed down some since its reboot. Grant most of the Lore and inform is messy, even a few bits missing, but we have about...14 players with over 20 characters within the story so I think its going well. >,<

I did get my PC in. Then the next act was started when you handed the RP over to someone else. Unfortunately, my computer went to crap when that act started and i wasn't able to do anything. I pretty much left the RP, admittedly because I wasn't on for months due to CPU, because by the time I got back the RP had progressed so far that I didn't think I could post anything more.

Also, if you get a white screen after submitted a post, do not refresh it or click, if its available, because that is what causes the double posts.

I might've missed it but on a side note, I didn't hand the rp over to anyone, Kangusto. I'm a 3rd gen GM currently, alongside Lucius and Rtron, who followed after Inked Wolf who left after real life put her in a really tough spot. It's been literally a year since we heard from her and after what she mentioned that happened, it's a good reason as to why.

Currently for Act 1, the reboot, we're accepting PCs until the next Act and closing off to any newbies so if you're still interested there's a fresh wave of newbies who have entered and would an idea time. Again, if you're still interested. Though I'm sorry for the mess!

It's not always the white screen though. Sometimes is just goes from submitting it and then pops up as two, which is very odd. And when it hits white screen, I tend to just reopen the page to that spot again and sometimes it works, yet not always. :/

Does your mouse doubleclick by itself sometimes?

When i get the white page I just close and return to it the same way I had gotten to it the first time, thank the tabs.

I'm not sure but I can try to look into that as well. It could also be the server doesn't like me or rather, likes me too much it needs more. XD

just some quick criticism:

Relic:
It seems highly illogical to design something that chokes the user. We’d rather doubt any relic designer in the Old Kingdom would do so. Thats the biggest issue we have with the relic. The fact that you have a balancer idea is good, though.

Allegiance:
We like that you put some allegiance. Your choice should also give Alida more to work with. That is good.
Just sort of ignore the dragon. Haha.

Appearance:
Since you’re saying to ignore the dragon, we don’t have complaints here.

Flaws:
Physical weakness/ineptitude is a decent flaw set. The extra strength in legs/lungs is also good twist.

Biography:
We think abusive father/dead mother is a seriously overused trope. Its pretty boring and doesn’t really enhance his character in the long run.

My apologies. I'll have to figure something out with the collar (Oh God that's the only balancer I could think of please help me.). But about his history. I know it is overused but I think it works out well in giving Ren a reason to let the dog kill his father. I could keep the mother alive but then there would be less of a reason his father would turn to drink. I'm sure I could create another one if you want me to.

Oh and it gave him another reason to want to leave Da-Hyun and travel around as a performer.

Take it easy, Athanshadow, breathe remember?I have a few ideas:

-What if the collar works in reverse? Instead of choking him, it loosens slightly in warning each time until at it's at its limit then the thing falls off and releases the effect over the animals allowing them to scatter before he can put it back on? If he's practiced enough then he would know its limits.

-another thought is making the size of animal a limiting factor? Larger animals could be less willing to give their help or require more mental energy then smaller, requiring more focus on Ren's part and so he's more distract and likely to be hit/attacked/ect while gaining help from bigger animals.

-when he goes past his animal limit, the first animal's effect wanes or fades allowing the beastie to move along its merry way again? Maybe he has to make eye or touch contact with the animal, or even can only effect in a set range around him would work.

As for the history, there's other reasons he could hate his father. Maybe the man was a jealous type and thought the worse of his wife so he separated from her, taking Ren away with him at a young age in order to hurt her beyond just physically? She could've died shortly after of a broken heart and the man gloated to Ren since creating a bitter and utter hatred to the man he grew to believe 'killed' his mother. Just a thought To work from if you're interested.
