Kevin could only utter a slight sigh at Roxy's aggressive response to Cam. Things already weren't looking so great as far as unit cohesion goes. "Maybe Vlad knows how to whip things into shape" he pondered optimistically. Kevin noticed Roxy's stare at the foreign boy, and inwardly wondered if she was thinking the same things as him. When Roxy explained the gifts Vlad had seen to outfitting with her, he blinked. Shadow manipulation? Was such a thing even possible? Out of all of the things he had heard since his new life on the facility, this had to be the strangest so far. There were still things to get used to, it appeared.

Then there was that other boy again. He figured at least one person in the room could understand him, and so let him continue without any further interruptions. Resigning to the situation, he folded his arms and huffed. He just hoped there'd be a translated transcript later. Unable to comprehend a word that was said to him, he was left only with his expression, tone and body language to go on. "Is he mocking me?" he thought. He didn't even seem puzzled by this point, and even his brief spark of frustration quickly faded. He was just stone faced now. There really wasn't much he could do. "Not my circus. Not my monkeys." he muttered under his breath, finishing with a sigh.

He wasn't left with all that much time to ruminate on this mystery, as apparently many more were in store for him. Alarmed, he got up out of his chair as the new face barged into the room. "Robotic... teddy bears?". His eyebrows raised. His confusion only intensified as he suddenly saw... his older brother? David was stood where the sudden interloper once was. His appearance was very similar to Kevin's, only older, taller. He looked as if he had just stepped out of the photograph he kept in his room, camouflaged service uniform and all. He was stunned. He couldn't manage much but to shakily shift his arm into a salute, his eyes wide and his mouth pressed into a flat line.
As a moment of this passed, reason finally kicked in, dissipating his confusion. "Oh... right. Shapeshifter. Haha. Good one." he grinned. "Good one" he repeated as he pointed to Beelze, his grin broadening. As he returned to his seat he kept this pointed figure up, wiggling it as he chuckled. "Hoooh boy" he sighed in amusement as he reclined, returning to a relaxed posture.
