@Vesuvius00 she's wonderful, I like it! Her uncanny observation skills should help her catch up a little to the others, as the plot is now well underway. Approved!

Now the hard part. New characters arrive via the Lanterns. Right now due to the locations of the Lanterns you could start in a small village or in a secluded cabin. Technically you could also start in drewccapp's company, since that character is carrying two lanterns, but I recommend starting alone to allow Erin to discover her own plot.

So let me know which sounds preferable! :)

I'm feeling pretty good about my post. Anise has definitely grown a lot (and super fast) since her last experience with the Lord of Shadow. I actually considered having her calling on Tyaelaem's spirit to help her, but I think this is better for now. I'll probably use that card for later unless you steal it from me @Mokley.

Uh, here it is! Sorry, I'm not used to making bios like this, but it's done! :)

Naia Klettin

Name: Naia Klettin

Age: 16

Appearance: light freckles on her face, arms, and legs; honey-brown hair that reaches to her shoulders and is slightly wavy; light grey eyes; glasses; wears male clothes

Occupation: writer

Personality: Naia doesn’t talk much. People who don’t know her are likely to think she is rude because of this, but the truth is she is just socially awkward when talking to people. However, she does sometimes like to talk to animals, believing that they are smarter and more aware than most people think, even if some people think she’s crazy for it. Other than that, Naia is usually pretty calm and polite in most situations. She prefers to think things through and observe the situation around her before making a decision, rather than rush into something. She is quite observant, sometimes noticing the small things that most people don’t. Also, she is kind and hates to brag. Also, she needs glasses as she is nearsighted and can’t see much without them save for a few inches in front of her.

History: She was born in a wealthy family, but was raised to be humble and caring to all, no matter who they were. Naia sometimes liked to help the cook prepare dinner, learning the basics of how to cook. As she got older, she preferred to focus on her studies rather than attend a fancy dinner or a ball. She also preferred to not wear dresses, claiming it was hard to sit at her desk and write or read while wearing a skirt. She didn’t make many friends, the ones she had not being very close either. She usually stayed up late into the night studying, and her parents say she’s nocturnal, writing by the light of a single candle.

She had just closed her eyes for a second, resting her head on her desk, frustration, or at least she thought it was the frustration, giving her a headache, the blank paper before her taunting her with the fact that she couldn’t think of a good story. However, when she opened her eyes, she was not in her room.

She's cool! :) We'll have to get her situated in the plot first -- and the only lanterns available now are in the pirate village!
