@drewccapp Naw, with the spirit egg's help getting the flight egg out of its casing should be fairly simple -- and we've already established she can fly and use healing water. She's totally within her abilities. :)
Appearance: Lalna was never one for manual work, as such, his frame turned quite frail, alongside that he has quite a short stature, which makes him have a fairly harmless presence. His hair is fairly long and messy, he tends to keep it in a bun so that it doesn't get into his face too much, it's black coloring matches fairly well with his hazel eyes and he has a fairly scruffy goatee. His outfits vary a fair amount, but the one he donned as he was taken into this odd realm consisted of a plain gray shirt, quite an old and worn one with a few stains of where he didn't quite manage to clean out some spilt ink. his current set of pants and belt are a bit newer, and although his boots are worn there are not any visible stains on them. The most noticeable part of his outfit however, is the garb servants of Kall wear. a crimson longcoat, with dark grey details, and the symbol of kall, a rose placed upon a crescent moon, emblazoned in it's chest.
Occupation: Wandering Artist (Musician and Painter) / Servant of Kall
Personality: True to the teachings of Kall, Lalna's mind is set to find divine beauty in even the smallest details. very commonly lost within his own thoughts or staring at the horizon, absorbing the view and finding in it the gifts Kall bestows upon mankind, seeing equal beauty in the setting sun and the crowded streets. as such he is very easily distracted and forgetful, but when he isn't staring into the beyond, he is a very friendly and trusting person, assuming that all have the flame of the divine, even if it burns weakly within.
History: Abandoned as a baby, Lalna was never given a last name, knowing only his first name as it was embroidered in the cloth he was wrapped around when he was left in the gates of a Cathedral. Raised under the teachings of Kall, A Goddess said to be the giver of life and beauty to this world, he learned since young to enjoy the details around him. He learned to paint and to play a flute since young, as the arts are considered a form of worship to Kall. Quickly he became very fond of painting, finding in it his way of feeling close to the beauty of his goddess, and a wish to use his painting as a way to immortalize the works of Kall, from the highest mountains to the smallest animals.
To his dismay, however, the priests of the Cathedral wished for him to become one of them, spreading the blessings of Kall within the walls of the Cathedral, charming villagers with works of art and grandiose speeches. Lalna knew that wasn't the fate for him, even if that meant loosing those he held close, and so, one night when he was 16, he left, taking with him only some tools for painting and his servants garb, running to make a life of his own, praising Kall in the way he found best, leaving behind his friends and the people he considered family.
Lalna spent the next years of his life travelling , making a living through selling paintings and portraits, as well as the ocasional gig at an inn. with his music he told tales of what he saw in his travels, and in selling the paintings, even if they were but a nobleman's portrait, he found a way to spread the registers of Kall's grace through out the world, in his wish to imortalize them. He made himself quite a name in some towns, and got into trouble in others, all in all, a fairly calm life of worship and arts. although soon, that would change.
Sooooo... I am so excited about what's going to happen next in this RP that I spent a good two hours before I fell asleep last night just thinking about what Anise is going to do next and what might just happen at the mines. Not to mention what she's thinking about on the trip there.
@Mokley I'm good, just sitting in the background a bit. I'm not sure what to do with Erin at the moment, it seems pretty obvious that escape is out of the question because of the big doggy
I'll think of something and try to post by tomorrow
@Vesuvius00@Momolinia32 Awesome! I went ahead and posted for the first three, but please do take your time with your responses -- I'll reply to those separately. :)
