I will help!
So, you've got two teams of... six? Four? One of those. Doesn't matter. The person in the back right serves the ball, with three chances to get it over the net. When the ball comes to your side of the net, your team has three hits with which to return it. No one person can hit the ball twice in a row. A typical hit order is such: Bump, set, spike. Bumping the ball is hitting it upward with your forearms, so another teammate can set it. Setting the ball is using the tips of your fingers to carefully, accurately position the ball (without grabbing it). Spiking it is slamming the ball into the ground on the other side of the net as hard as you can.
Regan spikes like a beast.
First team to 11 wins? I dunno about that part, but I know the theory of how to not lose.
