Personality|| Runa is overly polite, caring and generally nice, but she can also be quite a tease and can be easily addicted to some stuff such as adult interactions, she lost all her memories from before she was 10. (sorry I am not good at explaining personalities so...)
History|| Runa was able to live a normal life until she became 7.
One night some people broke into her parents house and killed her father before they could act.
Her mother was somehow able to protect Runa long enough to force her out by some unseen force, it was as if Runa was pushed out of her house by a strong gust of wind.
But not without Runa seeing how her mother used her body as a shield to take a bullet in the head so that Runa was able to escape.
From there on she has been running for weeks from these people and their trained wolfs.
After 3 weeks she, being tired and hungry get cornered by a large cliff with 2 deep lakes on either of her sides, she did not know how to swim at this time so she was trapped while the wolfs came close, baring their fangs.
One of the wolfs jumped at her and she thought it was the end, yet while she instinctively put up her arms she suddenly heard the wolf yelp in surprise and then a spash as it suddenly fell in the water to her left.
She lowered her arms to look and noticed how the beast was slowly swimming to the other side of the lake.
The other wolf then attacked by jumping as well, this time however she noticed what happened as she again tried to protect herself by instinct, the moment she moved her arms the water from one of the lakes jets towards the wolf and knocked it into the lake on her right.
She looked at the first wolf who was now crawling out from the water defeated.
From here on she made a run for it once more.
this hunt and survive lasted for 3 years until she was found collapsed on a road by a married couple of traders active in the super natural world, even though they were both humans.
Once she woke up she had forgotten everything and had to relearn everything from the 2 who took her in, but her natural instincts to control water remained, the traders knew of elementals and were able to help her a little with her powers at least.
Additional Information|| as an elemental she has complete control of her element, in her case water, she can use water to heal others and transform her entire body into a humanoid shaped living water shape, able to recollect if she were to fall from a cliff and let physical attacks though herself, yet is weak to semi-physical or semi-energy type of attacks such as fire or lightning.
an Elemental can also shred their own humanity, basically turning into a large monster from their own element with nearly unlimited power and stop aging, however this also results in them losing their humanity as a mental state, becoming a animal minded being with no chance of ever returning human again (and even if they succeed chances are they will lose their memories of being human)
I wont let Runa do this cause it basically means I will lose her but I did wanted to mention this trait for future reference.

Race|| <unknown> his tribe has thought they were all humans with a unique power for a long time, only recently did doubts started to rise about their humanity, due to this they have no name yet.
Personality|| (is it fine if I work this one out in IC cause I have a really hard time to explain him)
History|| Blake was found by his to be foster parents on the outer edge of his tribe, it was clear enough that he was the child of a banished member of the tribe as he had the tribes tattoo like marking on his left hand A black Panther, what could explain why he had 2 different eye colors (as its found often in cat's), even though he was born from a banished member, an newborn child could never be held responsible for its parents mistakes and so he became a member of the tribes elder's family, though given a new last name as no one knows who his parents are.
This turned confusing for the tribe however as the child appeared to have an other animal mark on his other hand, what was the real explanation of him having 2 eye colors, the neon blue eye for the Panther and yellow eye for the snake.
In reality however his grandfather was a banished member who had twins, these two children had been raised to never go near the tribe as their father (who died after they turned 17 from sickness) had large amount of hatred to the tribe for banishing him (though he had killed an entire family in his animal shape).
Due to their upbringing they never went to the tribe but eventually having only each other, they conceived a child together and wanting him to be raised with love and have a good future compared to what they had live though, they decided to ignore their fathers wishes for one time, dropping the new born at the tribes edge.
They have met Blake a few times when he was roaming the woods and went on hunting missions and so on (as the tribe lives in complete wilderness hidden away between mountains), knowing it was him due to his eyes, they hid their marks and acted like traveling traders, helping him at times and teaching him some traits that even the tribe is not aware of (things you basically can only learn while trying to survive)
Blake grew up to be one of the strongest warriors of the tribe, but due to his unique abilities, what is thanks to his parents being siblings, people, especially Blake, started to wonder if they are really what they think, the thought of them being humans with powers eventually was considered wrong (though a lot still see themself as gifted humans, but it was only recently so..)
A new name has never been given though...
Interestingly enough Blake suddenly got a letter from the outside world (too much surprise as they had secluded themself because they have been hunted by humans long ago when their powers were found out by the humans, giving new laws) an invite for a academy for super natural beings.
something his parents had been able to fix for him as he could get an even better future.
This of course increased the count of those believing they were not humans...
Additional Information|| his tribe all has the power to transform into an animal (what animal is not genetic to parents) normally they can only take on one animal, making Blake unique, their eyes are colored the same as the animal eyes and the animal is depicted on the left (or in blakes case both) hand(s).
normally they can only take on a full change (their clothes do not change so they are forced to undress or destroy their clothes, though this also depends on the animals, Blakes panther would destroy his clothes, but his snake should be able to keep the clothes in one piece, but he will lose them still)
however the tribe is not aware of their magical talents, they do need a medium to use their magic however, the medium can break if the imput or the amount of uses exceeds its limit (unless its a rare unbreakable medium) and it limits what types of magics can be used (a blade can only use sharp bladed type magics fitting a sword class weapon, a lantern can only use fire magic exct..)
Blake however has learned this hidden trait from his mother (though he is unaware of who she really is) and has a unbreakable short sword for medium, his magical talent is very high due to having his tribes powers double but he has little control of it due to its amount, causing him to often use more then intended and run out.
However those that can use magic can control their change that they can partially transform, such as gaining panther ears or muscles, or a snake tong.
If his magic runs out then he needs to rest and eat, otherwise he will be unable to do a partial change or use any type of magic at all
