I'm sure it wont be too hard to put the DIP down (Hell, I might help you in an attempt to trick your government into liking me xD), but I'm not letting you have a bigger navy than me! Indeed. Well, I may still get a win out of this. This provides me potential material for usage at a later date, and I'll merely request comensation for the damage from the duchy. His governments apparent values seem to be in my favour here.
Besides
, a trade and business based economy cant afford the potential fear of business owners for banning an entire nation of investors and to nationalise what they already brought over an officially stolen (and perfectly legal) contract and risk assessment with a dumb joke attached. I dont think the Anti-Corustarian party will get their wish, and I may be able to cover the costs. I might even be able to use it to get a new ally.
