Crusade

He could sense just how much Vera was enjoying this, and was about to send her a warning through the Force in order to get her to stop. However he soon had to clamp down on it. The Jedi were near, just outside the door in fact. Moving to the back of the hall he locked himself down in the Force and stood as still as a statue, yet watchful. As a true body guard would be.

Rorwoorr

Rorwoorr bowed his head slightly to the Mandalorian as the doors opened. [I find it interesting that you know our tongue. However that can be a conversation for later.] He used the Force to flick the circuit breaker of the protocol droid, turning it off so it couldn't translate. [The other Mandalorian here we believe is not one of ours and could be a plant within our forces. With your knowledge of clans I am entrusting you to find out what is going on. I know she is not part of the Task Force or at least any member I have been made aware of, if she is in fact not a planet then we need to know whether or not she can be trusted. If she can it will be up to Republic Intelligence to sort things out. However this meeting is important and cannot be postponed. I am trusting you to keep an eye on her during the meeting, especially if the chancellor makes an appearance.]

Using the Force he turned on the droid again, it paused for a moment. "Oh, I appear to of had a malfunction perhaps I should go for main-"[It can be done later, I need you now.]"Very well Sir, however I do wish you note that I do not wish to disappoint you."[It is noted, let us go.]

He lead them into the room, a long table. The six members that made up the advisory council sat around near the top, the space for the Chancellor was currently vacant. His eye was brought to a tall man near the back of the room, masked. Casting his senses outward as he continued to nod around the table in greeting he recoiled slightly at the confusion yet calm radiating form the man. He would have to inquire about that later. For now he registered the looks of disgust on the faces of several of the council members at having to face a Wookie to many of them no more than a beast to be used for labour.

He waited, the council would be the first to speak. It was all a game of politics now.

Naraal

It was all foreign to him, the immense and scattered crowds, the overwhelmingly large structures, the Jedi temple. These things were unheard of on his planet. He could imagine why his father only barely visited him in the Outer Rim. The jungle planet was probably just bearable for a city-man.

“Here we are Kallen, now you must be quiet once inside and.” Layle paused, sparing a glance back at him before preceding. “umm, yea, thanks for the services-- again,” he quickly took a seat and left him standing. It was no where near the center piece, but something about her features reminded him of Vera.

That is Vera!, he shouted, the loud thought bouncing in his head. He didn't believe that it would be that easy to find them but if she was here, then perhaps The Source was too. He looked around with small turns of his head, spotting a man very similar in form to the dark fountain himself.

Good, I'm in the right place.

“... Kallen do you hear me?” spoke Layle softly.

“Yes sir?”

“That datapad, you will use that for notes, do you know how?”

Naraal eye'd it curiously before grabbing it. It was small and compact, looked to be lowcost but he could tell just from its feel it was efficient. Still, it looked far more complicated than what he was use too. But he couldn't let Layle know that.

“Yep, I'll take the best notes possible. You won't be disappointed,” he lied, the sincere smile of a practiced liar falling on his face. The only thing that made him uncomfortable was the giant furred-human nearby, it made him feel uneasy but his destiny demanded that he survive. So he would do everything in his power to do so, even stuff his emotions deep down without the help of The Force.
Gideon

It didn't take long for him run into a dead end. The feeling had brought him to the senate but that was all. It had left him high and dry, so he found himself outside, shamelessly leaning against the wall and meditating with his eyes closed. Something was amiss but he just couldn't see it all. Damn this fog! something just doesn't seem right. But I can't put a finger on it. Perhaps I should try another way...

"Hey wait, are you one of those friggin Jedi? We don't allow your kind in here." The Aqualish bartender said to Kadan, who was seated at one of the stools in a dive bar in the sleazier side of Coruscant. He had finished his mission for Crusade, having slain all the targets in a very public way which should create hysteria against the Jedi. He just needed to lay low until the Sith lord called him back for the next stage. He could sense that he wasn't the only one in this bar laying low, but he still didn't need to take a chance of the bartender exposing him.

"I am not a Jedi, just a merchant, now why don't you get me a water?" Kadan said, waving his hand slighty as he played a mind trick upon the bartender, which worked quite well as the bartender dropped the subject, even apologizing before moving away to get Kadan his drink order. The Sith sat silent once more, his arms crossed and rested on the table as he waited inside the dimly lit, dimly filled bar. He could count the number of patrons, along with the bartender on his two hands. He disliked being in places like this they were dirty and filled to the brim with fools and idiots. But, he needed to be here, so he would need to keep his calm and endure.

He said no words as the bartender came back, placing a glass of water in front of Kadan, mumbling something about how much the drink would cost. Kadan took a sip, and waited, his mind filling with the sights of him striking down each of the prisoners, one by one, in perfect view of many citizens. He had to admire his own work, managing to get away with all of that, a smirk emerging on his face

Lucina

As Lucina gave the word, a Wookie entered escorted by a protocol droid. She couldn't help but smile at the looks of disgust on some of the other councilors faces and the fact at that moment Naraal had also entered the room. "There might be hope for that boy yet." She thought, but she waved that aside for later, for now she put on a mask of her own one of no emotion, but still she played her part of the airhead perfectly twirling her hair and pretending to not notice. Only the fools next to her could believe her charade as a moron, one could see through her guise almost instantly if they paid attention.

"I bid you welcome." She said having to make her voice a bit higher than usual, and hesitantly the other council members followed suit with a greeting of their own, some where said through gritted teeth. Then one of the councilors spoke a senator that represented Courscant in the senate meetings, he had always been a straight forward one. "What do you want?" He said his voice was practically oozing venom, if only all senators were as see through as him, then Vera would of had them all eating out of her hand. "Now now Yurik, is that any way you would treat a guest?" Vera said, she paused for a bit taking in the Wookie in full when her eyes fell on his lightsaber she made a slight smile and continued speaking. "We apologize Master Jedi. " She said putting emphasis on those two words as if reminding the council that he's a Jedi. "We are a bit on edge about Abridon. Now what do you have to report?" She asked, and leaned back in her chair.

Rorwoorr

He bowed at the Corellian representative. [I do not believe we have been acquainted. Though I thank you.] He waited for the protocol droid to finish the translation as he put a holodisk into the viewer built into the table and waited for the image to appear. [I am sure many of you already know that there was a skirmish between Republic and Sith Remnants on the planet of Abridon. What I do not think you will be aware off is the fact that the Republic fleet was entirely decimated by a surprise attack by Sith Forces] The viewer brought up the attack. [After which the Sith destroyed the datacore on the planet and called for a retreat. The message was signed by the Emperor and many of my fellow Jedi could sense the dark presence that could have very well been the Emperor possibly utilizing a battle meditation technique to spur on his forces and spread fear within our own.]

The map continued to update. [We have managed to bring what little information we could back and it is being deciphered within the Jedi Temple as we speak. We are hoping that you can assist us, and give us an audience with the chancellor in order to warn him off this threat and allow him to prepare Republic Forces against the possibility of an invasion] He signalled to two of the Mandalorians. [My comrade Kast here was part of the assault on Abridon and my other companion was a prisoner of the Sith. I am sure they will be willing to answer any questions you may have.]

**Naraal** He eye'd Lucina down with a hint of admiration. She was far more impressive than he had given her credit for. Tricking dozens of people and an entire Republic was no easy feat but here she was, doing it without trouble. He glanced over towards Layle. “She seems to be very important?” he whispered. Layle chuckled quietly before nodding and smiling. “Dazzling too, is she not? She has notoriety among the Council, a-at least that's what I've been told by my Father. She's supposedly a good leader, although a bit dense in the head.” “Dense?” Naraal smiled. “There tends to be a lot of those on this planet, me included.” he jested. Layle cleared his throat before lightly tapping the table near the Datapad. “I do enjoy your company but we can talk later. I'm not paying you for unknown reasons, you have your duties.” “Ah right, my bad.” He fiddled with the device until he could write down small details of the meeting. He was just a newcomer to Crusade's army but it seemed like the Republic was just as unaware of his forces. He looked over at the hulking man disguised as some guard. The Source was a mystery shrouded in mystery. Just what was he thinking? what was his plans? --- **Gideon** Gideon had traveled to a poverty stricken area and the whole way there all he heard was news that a Jedi was slaughtering the innocent. He tried to calm some of the folks down but they seemed adamant about what they saw. They even begin to look at his robes with fear, though none of them dared attack him. He had set up a small meeting with a smuggler that he had befriended on a mission in months past. Though sleazy, the male was a honest man with a family to support. He knew that having a Jedi on his side was a good deal. Gideon walked in and the bar quieted, his robes giving him a way. Foolish he knew, but he needed information and The Force seemed to be urging him on. He spotted the man at a table near the back, unobstructed by other with a direct line for the entrance and exit. He was a shrewd man at best. The bald, sturdy, male staid seated as Gideon pulled his seat out and sat down. “Ahh, Gideon, sit, sit.” “Its nice to see you again, Marol,” he looked around the bar, some feeling pulling at his senses. “I need information.”
