[IC] Curse of the Beasts

Zack went over to the book case. They had a large collection of books. But none of them were what he was looking for. He scanned the books there. He picked up the purple album. "Maybe we have to look inside." He suggested as he started flipping slowly through the pages.

As the boys flipped through the albums, Ruko eventually caught sight of a photo fluttering out from between the pages of the one Zack was holding and landing on the floor. Curious, he looked over and stared a bit wide-eyed at the image he saw there. "Inigo? That's you, right? What exactly are you doing there?"

While the brothers and their guest were undoubtedly occupied, the butler who had left them the trial had gone off into the woods in search of a few things. Luckily, they actually hadn't been too difficult to find, and he was currently about to head back with the nearly full covered basket he held. As he made his way through the trees, he soon stopped as he noticed that he was no longer alone in the woods. The figure was still a ways away, but it was quite curious to him that someone else would be out there at that time. Making his way over until he stood only a short distance away, he gave his usual cheerful smile as he addressed them. "I beg your pardon, Young Madam, but are you lost?"

Before Inigo could reach for what he believed to be the correct album, the young man completely froze as he heard Ruko ask him the most undesirable, yet anticipated question. Going from statue still to a blur, Inigo quickly grabbed the photo, his face rather red as he viewed the picture for himself. It was a picture of him dancing. 'Oh gods...when I find out who took this, they'll pay!' He thought before simply placing it behind his back, smiling a sheepish smile. "Why, Ruko, you must be seeing things! This most definitely isn't me!" He states, trying rather poorly to lie about the photo.

Marlix grabbed his brothers shoulder "Calm yourself!!" He asserted "You getting angry is the last thing that we need!"

It was obvious that the photo was causing Inigo great embarrassment. Tearing her eyes away from his antsy figure, she cleared her throat a bit awkwardly. "So, uh, what's next?"

"...Ah..." Ruko really wasn't convinced by his brother, but surely he knew that was impossible with the look he had gotten and the performance anyway. Either way, perhaps it was better to drop it. There were other things that needed taking care of anyway. "Right...so...there's one more thing in here, then. I'm not sure what, but maybe back at the table? The note did mention tea..."

@Allie@YamiCuoreLaroux@NanixErka Inigo, rather red with embarrassment, pinches the bridge of his nose as he pockets the photo, ashamed of his horrible lack of composure he had just displayed. "My apologies...that was rather uncalled for. I could REALLY use a cup of tea right about now.." He states as he joins the others, seeming to slowly but surely return to his normal self. He decided that in order to get out of his embarrassed state, he would have to show someone the picture later. However, at the same time, he knew he would seem ridiculous for being hot-footed over something so minor as a hobby he took up a long time ago.

Luz smiled shyly at the man. He looked like a Butler or something. Which seemed odd since he had been walking out of the woods. Had he came from the house she was heading to. "Well not yet I am. I am on my way to the house in the woods.

Marlix sighed again, feeling exasperated as he head back to where the supposed tea party was too be held. What was to be found next was a mystery to him, but he prayed that it was not his turn to be embarrassed. He's already suffered enough today.

The butler tilted his head curiously, the smile never leaving his face. "A house in the woods? Do you mean the Fauve establishment, by any chance? Not many people actually seek it out, but the town must have sent you, I suppose." Turning to look at one of the nearby trees, his expression morphed into a slightly confused pout as he considered how this would affect the current plans. "I swear, they never seem to send word in advance anymore. It must be one of the issues of keeping the property hidden out here..." He placed a hand on his chin as he muttered to himself for a moment about how proper correspondence was important for preparations before turning back to the girl with another smile. "Well then, Young Madam. If that is indeed where you are going, then I shall be happy to escort you there. I must return to be certain that the young masters are not causing trouble for our other guest, after all."

"I'm sorry." Liz told him softly. "I dont mean to be a bother. I was told about a house in the woods full of boys in needed of help. You see I study the healing arts. I thought I might be able to help them. I like helping people." She told the butler shyly. "I need to get out of town for awhile and this seemed like the perfect way."

"I'm sorry." Liz told him softly. "I dont mean to be a bother. I was told about a house in the woods full of boys in needed of help. You see I study the healing arts. "Oh, no, of course it's no trouble! It's a relatively quick fix, and what kind of supervisor would I be if I couldn't even do my own job, after all?" The odd man quickly waved off any concerns with his usual cheerful attitude before looking off in the towards the way back to the mansion. "In any case, this might actually be some very convenient timing... Shall we go, then? This way, if you please." He gave a short bow as he gestured off into the distance before he began walking. "You said that you were studying the healing arts? That sounds quite useful. I imagine you must know plenty about many different kinds of situations, correct?"

"Yes I have been studying the healing arts. I like helping people. Knowing how to heal is very useful. I know plenty. I am a fast learning. I have been studying healing for years. I will do whatever I can to help." Liz told him honestly. She was thrilled that he was willing to take her to the house. Once she saw the boys she might be able to help them. Or at least she might be able to ease their pain.

As Inigo approaches the table, he spots an interesting card. Upon closer inspection, it appears to have multiple constellations on it. They appear to be a few of the common ones, for he's able to figure out most of them. "If I had to take a guess as to who this card belongs to, it would have to be yours, Marlix..." He then sighs in slight exasperation regarding his brother's luck in this situation. He then brushed those bitter feelings off, assuming that this was Val's way of giving Marlix a break from his previous embarrassing moment earlier this morning. He walks over to his elder brother and holds the card out in front of him, giving him the option of taking it to see for himself.

Marlix turned to Inigo and raised an eyebrow "what is..." he took the card, and his eyes widened "How did he-" he shoved it in his pocket "That bastard, how did he get that?" He mumbled to himself, annoyed that their butler was so nosy

"So where do we go now?" Zack asked. He had only caught a glimpse of the photo. So if it held the clue he didn't know what they clue had been. So he looked to his brothers. One of them might have a clue where they were suppose to go next.

Ruko couldn't really see what was on the card when he returned to the table with the others, so he wasn't really sure whether the reactions meant something good or not. "Ah...right." He turned back to Zack as he posed his question. "Well, the note we found earlier on the table said to take the key to the ballroom, so we might as well do that." He looked back at the table again in consideration. "I wonder if we could come back to actually have a tea party later. It would be a shame to waste this."

Marlix just rolled his eyes "lets go to the ballroom already. I want this over with and over with now" He almost whined, but took a deep breath to calm himself down. This was no place to loose his cool

"Alright the ballroom it is. We can come back to the tea party Ruko. I promise. Even if it is just the two of us." Zack told him easily. He headed to the door that would lead them out of the library. He waited for the others to join him. He wondered what else this little game of Val's would reveal.

Ruko stared at the table for a moment longer before nodding and turning toward the door. At least they could make the time to come back to this later. "Yeah, let's get going, then." Exiting to the hallway again, he stopped for a moment to wait for the others before continuing on. "I wonder how long Val will be out..."
