Ben looks much like the picture but with a blue scarf and headband, also no eye patch.
Other Details : His Guild mark rests on his back, near his upper right shoulder and is dark green in color, he also posses a scar running the entire length of his left bicep.
Personality : Ben is a rather outgoing young man who has a strong thirst for life and adventure. He tends to trust more than he should and tries to see the best in everyone, which can get him into an awful lot of trouble. He is always a fan of a good joke and although he is seen as a bit immature at times, his resolve and will in battle are unmatched and his is a worthy adversary for any wizard. An avid fan of the female form his is constantly flirting with the female guild members and has even been known to hit on female opponents should he find them attractive. Loves to cook and very skilled in the kitchen, not much of a drinker.
Arsenal : Ben always carries his first masters dagger with him.
The Dagger takes on multiple forms however the two most basic are shown above, the curved blade is the form it takes when being used in actual combat, the top form is more often seen when the dagger is used to aid in the casting of spells, it is said the dagger can amplify the spells power.
The actual power the blade itself contains is unknown. Even though Ben may requip many different weapons, he currently is in possession of only 3 not counting his masters dagger.

Magic : Weapon Magic & Wind Magic The Wind magic is mainly used for its defensive capabilities and the levitation in battle, Link prefers the use of his Weapon Magic for offensive purposes.
Spells:
Sonic Sword: Ben's most used weapon magic attack, he slashes at the air with his blade twice in a sharp X motion, the blast of sonic air is sent the form of a powerful beam that can shred through most anything.
Blades of Fury: Ben dashes quickly at his opponent moving with uncanny speed and attacks with sharp, precise strikes dealing great amounts of damage while seemingly never actually touching his opponent.
[b]B.F.B.(Big F*cking Blade): Ben's "dagger" increases to twice the size of himself allowing him to use sweeping strikes dealing massive amounts of damage to large crowds, also useful against larger opponents and buildings/structures. This spell can only be used for a small amount of time as it requires a great amount of magic energy to not only increase the size of the blade, but to wield it effectively.
Wind
Wind Blade: With this spell Ben is able to draw in the ambient air around him and focus it into roughly a dozen small concentrated "blades" of wind that are then fired at the target with intense speed.
Storm Bringer: Moving His hands in a circular motion Ben manipulates the surrounding wind and releases it as a tornado towards the target. Once this tornado reaches the target, it spins and sends them flying both disorienting the target and doing intense amounts of damage
Wind
Storm Mail: Ben motions his arms in an "X" pattern in front of him, causing wind to spin around until he is covered by an armor of wind. This armor does not only increase his defenses, but also augments his destructive power.
Wind Wall: Ben casts a tornado of wind moving at intense speeds either encapsulating his opponent and trapping them or creating an impenetrable barrier between Ben and his enemy.
OtherTelekinesis: This ability grants Ben the option of communication with fellow guild members and team mates telepathically. He still hasn't quite mastered it and only seems to be able to use this power when in times of intense stress or battle.
Levitation/Flight:With the use of Wind Magic Ben has gained the ability to levitate and even fly for short distances and it has been known to drain his magic energy rapidly.
Biography: Ben came to Fairy Tail at a very young age with a strong desire to be a powerful wizard one day. Growing up in a small farm outisde of Magnolia he was always hearing about the famed guilds stories. Shortly after his 9th birthday Bens father and two sisters were both struck with plague and died orphaning the young boy.
When he first met
at the age of 10 he quickly realized this "geezer" was no normal mage. Johb had taught Ben everything he knew in the ways of Weapon magic before he left. To this day still has no clue where Johb is or even if the old man is still alive. The only thing he has to remember his first master by is the magic dagger which is always on Bens hip. After the disappearance of Johb, Ben at age 12 found himself hungry and homeless. After wandering guildless all over the kingdom of Fiore and doing odd jobs he found his way into the path of a few Fairy Tail guild members. Unfortunately for him they were rather powerful mages and gave him quite the kicking. After all that's what he gets trying to rob a few members of the most power guild around. Once recovered from his beating he realized he couldn't continue to live life as a guildless scavenger, and so made his way back to Magnolia. There he approached Pollux about becoming a guild member and proceeded to join Fairy Tail. His main motivation is unknown although seeing as he loves to joke and be the center of attention it is rumored that the only reason Ben joined the guild is for Fame. His drive to become an S-Class wizard furthers the so-called validity of these rumors, although no one risks saying these things to Bens face as he is always keen on handing out an ass kicking.
Other: Although Ben is over 20 years old his magic skill is still fledgeling. He only comes into possession of his magical weapons at certain times as these items are quite rare. The amount of time and skill it takes to master each weapon is immense and as such has caused Ben to focus on only a few weapons at a time.
