So many walls of text D: I think mine need to be longer. Does anyone follow football at all? Association football that is, not the american sort (I don't mind that either though)

Brief is fine. I am usually shorter. First posts tend to get long winded, simply because there's so much ground to cover at a stretch. And I only pay attention to football once every four years.

You definitely know your stuff, I'll probably end up asking you where I've gone wrong grammatically a lot, assuming that would be ok :)

Oh no, not red bull, I know what shit goes into energy drinks. I (oh so stereotypically) swear by tea XD

Good 'ol tea! The British stalwart. Also my team won today!! Woot woot. Do my happy dance *Shuffles* I think we're ready for the brief if I'm not mistaken Heroes. Or at least the beginning of.

I always found that sort of strange. Why the Brits? Why not the Chinese? They probably drink more tea than anyone.
Blackbeard said
Only because there are more of them, as far as I've heard from anyone who visits they say it's true how we all drink tea all the time. Known as a 'Builders Brew' it's nothing like Chinese hot leaf water XD It's like the Irish and Guinness. It just goes a long with our 'we think we're posh having tea and biscuits' mentality :P I think it's our national drink.
The New Yorker said
See, now that's weird. I couldn't think of another nation not in the UK that has a national drink.Yet, I suppose everybody has idiosyncrasies.

Yes, tea and the English absolutely do go together in my thoughts at least, always. And my experience with the British I've met has been wonderful, so I know not a thing about downhill at all. And for heaven's sake, be as patriotic - quite intentionally - all you like! You've got good reason to be! That was a wonderful post Heroes - now everyone is let loose to write!

I equally hope everyone is having a fantastic day! I suppose that's the pessimist in me :P One thing I do know is how pessimistic the Brits can be, we love a good complaint. I'm not really the patriotic sort, strangely. I'll defend Britain vigorously yet I'll moan and whine about it at the same time :P
