Flood thought on Devika's request. He flipped open a blank page and began sketching. " This could be interesting." He said as he sketched a new drawing. He left the gym and walked to Deadpool's Weapons class. "Hey dad." He said as he took out a knife and stabbed Deadpool all of a sudden. "That's for never checking up on me!" He yelled in his face as he walked away and sat down and continued to sketch. "This is good. I like this."

Anthony approaches Connor and asks quietly, "What have you decided?"

"I don't want to have to worry about anyone else" Connor said rising, "Two can get in better then a group. So I'm ready" He said. He knew that if they had a fighter, it would be easier to get through, but he would not endanger Austin, or anyone else, not on information from Anthony. For all Connor knew, this could be a trap, but he would go through with it, because it was Kijani. He'd just have to use his suit, and get passed any security.

As soon as McCoy began to dismiss the class Kat was already on her feet and walking out of the gym. There were no classes here worth wasting her time on so when most others flocked off she found her own ways to entertain herself. Of course she was not so arrogant as to believe there was nothing left for her to learn - it was that thinking which got one killed - so she usually spent the time teaching and training herself. Within reason; it would probably be possible to bring a horse to the academy without large consequences, but the more threat related to the activity the more problems it was bound to incur. Then again for the short time she had brought the frost beast there had been no negative consequences, not from anyone here anyways.

Today however, after the constant bleeping and running, she wanted only quiet and a place she would not be disturbed. Walking into the library she let her fingers idly brush against the spines of the books she walk past as she found herself somewhere secluded to sit. A book appeared on the table she chose and she flicked through its old pages, clearly searching for something, though what was hard to tell as the runes it was written in were no longer of this world. Once she had found whatever it was she was looking for she settled, sitting straight but seemingly comfortable as her eyes passed over the pages.

Anthony tilts his head in acceptance and says, "Very well. Shall we be off? We have a long drive ahead of us."

Connor nodded, "Then lets go" He said, shrugging his back onto his back. Right then, he only had his suit in there, with a few tools. He waited for Anthony to lead the way.

Phoebe went to change out of her gym gear, quickly doing so. She went to her next class, deciding to go to captain America's class, listening as he spoke on different fighting styles. When he dismissed the class, she started out for lunch, looking about, wondering if Ryan had heard anything from his father.

With a jerk of his head serving as a nod, Anthony leads the way to the student parking lot. He quickly powers down the force field surrounding his car then urges Connor to get in with a curt, "Any time now, Mr. Stark."

Flood got out of Deadpool's class and proceeded to walk around the school as he worked on his designs. "Break time! Time to take a break from working on the Phobia Ray, and start working on Ben's case again. Now then let's see." He said to himself as he walked into the courtyard to sit under a tree and read his notes. 'This makes no sense, where could he have gone? Thanatos most definetly didn't kill Luthor, but there's no logic in immediately removing him from the equation. There's only a handful of people who could make it in and out of LexCorp without being detected at all. Batman who is immediately removed from the equation as he's personally investigating, Tony Stark who is removed, as if he wanted Luthor dead he would have burst through his window and killed him not done it stealthily, and... Anthony Luthor. He does fit a couple of different prerequisites and he would have the reason to do it if he wanted the inheritance. But why would he come to school then, he would want to keep a low profile. Or would he?' Flood internally monologued as he continued his line of thought.

Devika headed off to lunch after Captain America's class. She really needed to get a tutor. Trainer? What would you call a fighting tutor anyway? She got her lunch from the cafeteria as quickly as she could, trying to block out the heavy fog of emotions caused by the presence of the other students. After settling under a tree and taking several bites of her gumbo lasanga (Italian and Cajun food at the same time? Gambit was a genius.) she spotted Flood, looking busy at work. She didn't want to bother him. Yet she remembered his effortless performance at the gym. A mild frown crossed her face, as she continued on eating. Once the lasanga was done, she made her choice.

"Hey, Flood... whenever you're not busy, I kinda wanna ask you something."

[Flood]

Flood looked up at Devika and smiled. "I'm available at the current moment actually. What's on your mind?" He asked as he mentally filed away the information he had thought over the course of lunch.

"Well... I saw your performance today in gym. You made it look easy. I was wondering if you could possibly teach me to fight." She smiled hesitantly and continued. "I should warn you that I suck pretty bad right now at fighting, but I'm getting better with physical stuff. A friend of mine suggested I try judo or some other sort of wrestling, so I can put my size to work." Her hand snuck up to rub the back of her neck in a fidgety motion. "So... uh... what do you think?"

Ryan sprinted over to where Phoebe was with a worried look on his face. It was odd since he was always smiling. He apearance and planted a quick kiss on Phoebe's lips before looking at her. "Hey, beautiful. Uhh. So I was just told something. My dad... He is coming here. Those reports of the kills in New York. He is going to be here soon." Ryan said looking around.

"Hmm." Flood lightly hummed as he studied Devika and her body type. "I would suggest Snake Style. It requires less physical strength and more flexibility and on your toes thinking. You don't seek to strike hard, you strike smart. Go for weak points, the eyes, joints, the groin. Let me write something up for you." He said as he tore puta piece of paper and began writing down a fast set of notes. He finished them and handed them to her. They were barely readable. " On second thought let me type them out." He stated rapidly as he got excited. He took out his very stylish laptop out of his backpack and opened it up. He rapidly began typing then hit print. "Where is that going to print out?" He stopped as he wondered where it would print. "What's your email?" He asked so be could send it to her.

Devika gave him her email address, smiling slightly. She was pretty good at reading creative handwriting due to her old job at her parents' law firm. Flood's writing was still pretty bad, though. After tucking the paper away in her bag, she clarified. "I honestly meant more... training than... notes. I mean, notes are great, but I don't have anything to base them off of. I was sort of hoping you'd... tutor me..." Her cheeks blazed with sudden heat. "That sounds really dumb, but there it is. I want to get better, but I don't think I can do that alone."

"Of course but I can't be around you 24/7 can I? These notes are for when I'm not around, you should always practice by yourself when you have time." Flood responded as he heard a printer sound off a couple of rooms away. " So that's where it printed." He noted off handedly as he began walking towards the sparring room. "Follow me, for our first lesson."

Devika realized that Flood was quite right. She was going to have to dedicate a lot of time to get anywhere near to the skill level of her classmates. Quickly, she got up and followed Flood. It was nice that he didn't waste any time. "Thank you for doing this, by the way. I really do appreciate it."

Phoebe looked up when she felt the air move, and smiled, returning his kiss, looking at him when he moved away, seeing the worried look on his face. She knew something was up, and she hesitated as he spoke. "Seriously?" She said, glancing about as if his father would appear, "You make it sound like a bad thing" She said, looking bac to him

" Of course. You helped me with my Phobia Ray problem, consider this baying you back." He replied as they entered the Sparring Room. " Now then to start things off, stand in this base position." He ordered as he got into the starting stance of Snake Style.
