Nicholas used his vines to try to intertwine with hers and to try to throw her down onto the ground,And while that would happen he would send out another vine with is other hand to warp around her neck.

Makoto nodded in mild understanding of Katherin's explination. There are many reasons why someone would feel off for a while, and she understood wanting to not get into it. As much as she cared for others, she was still shielding/protecting her own pain. "Phoebe showed me the pools, the gym, the dorms," she held out her pass key for the dorms with her room number engraved on it. "the library, the cafeteria and we took a lap around the school." Makoto put her key back in her pocket. "To be honest I would like to find a safe place to be quiet and practice as well as sign up for the electives... and maybe a nap." Makoto was tired, it had been one hell of a day already. Scuffling with social services, facing the reality that her parents are gone, her powers emerging, running away, encountering Mystique and the X-Men, being dropped off here, and attending a class where they are supposed to beat up their teacher. She was exhausted and though her mind had been distracted from the events earlier in her day, she was finally beginning to feel just how exhausted she was.

You can sign up for electives at the office. There's a few computers set up just for that. As for a safe place to name. Its hard to dsay with all the choas. But the dorms are usually quiet."

"I can name a place. The roof of the school. No one goes up there besides me. The dorms are crazy loud if you have a roommate. Unless your roommate is like me." Flood told her with a smile. "Electives are next, I suggest you take Weapons 101. It has a pretty easy going teacher and it gives you a good amount of experience with firearms and melee weapons."

Phoebe allowed the vines to climb about her, just for a moment, before her own vines pushed them away enough for her to move out. The tree burst out of the ground beside her, and she climbed it quickly, a vine curling around the branch she was on, just as she leaped towards nicholas, holding the vine.

Nicholas summoned a giant flower form the ground to shallow him up and borrow back into the ground,where he went with inside of the giant flower moving under ground a few feet away form her waiting for her to land on the ground.

Nicholas moved out of the way slowly waiting for a moment letting a long silence past by,He wait for a few moments before making his move sending a giant venus flytrap to appear to entrap her in the flower but kept still in the ground.He hoped this would be enough to trap her but she was strong so he would have to do more,He did exactly this while she was the giant flower vines wrapped around her body and neck to hold her down.

Makoto felt her heart and mind begin to fill with a bit of hope, just enough to dream of the future again. Maybe she will still be able to become a doctor. Maybe she can still help people, maybe more so now with the strengths she has. "You guys are all so kind, thanks for helping me out." she said, reflecting on the day she has had.

"Electives come in just about ever topic you can think of. There aren't very many limitations. I am taking a class on alternate identities and a psychology class." Katherin volunteered. "I think it is a good idea to have your ordinary life as planned out as your supernatural life. It could b the difference between success and failure. It's a good thing that you have some sort of idea of what you want to be. Many are still trying to find their places. Or not thinking about anything outside of fighting or committing crimes."

Phoebe moved quickly, and around her, the chlorofiend formed, immediately attacking the Venus fly trap, enabling her to stay out of the vines reaches. This was starting to get a little like a game of chasey. But at least it was getting nicholas to use more then vines, getting him to think about different attacks.
