Ryan looked around the room. Things were about to her ugly. Very ugly. "Well over than nearly going deaf. I'm fine. I'm worried how the Bat will take it. " Ryan said grimly. "Want to get our of here? " He asked looking around.

Ohoebes eyes widened, "I think I just passed him. Oh, sue, I hope it will be okay. We should. It isntsafe " she looked at the destroyed, supposedly indestructable room

Ryan nodded and quickly put her on his back. Like before. He sprinted out the door with her. He put her down in a park on campus. "I sort of think she is unsafe to be around. Dangerous even. " Rysn said dropping to the grass. He looked at her. "So what do we do now? No classes." He said happy to be free.

"Sue is my friend. Technically, you could say Katherin is dangerous to be around to. She could easily freeze us. And me. If I wanted to, I could be dangerous. Sue is a nice girl'0" phoebe said sitting down, laying back, looking up at the sky, what did she want to do?

"Well, honestly, I'd like to go for a swim" she said after a minute

She opened her door, and with shock saw Bruce Wayne, The Dark Knight!

She obediently made way for him to enter, she leading the way, as she sat on her bed, awaiting the berating comments and her feared imminent expulsion.

A swim. He loved to swim. Well sort of. Running was better of course. But what the hey. He smiled. "There's a pool on campus. Want to meet there in say 15 minutes?" He asked her looking over at her. He thought that could be fun.

Phoebe nodded and smiled, sitting jp, "sure thing" she said standing and stretching, heading towards her dorm

Bruce smiles slightly at Sue, then walks past her and looks at Anthony and Katherine. "Leave us please, Sue and I need to talk."

Anthony nods and leads Katherine out of the room. As they walk, he says in a friendly manner, "I don't think we've formally met. I'm Anthony."

Once Bruce is alone with Sue, he begins to use sign language, "Why do you think I'm here?"

Katherin glaced nervously at Batman as he entered Sue's room. Part of her wanted to run and part of her wanted to stay and support her friend. She reluctantly follows Anthony out of the room. She hoped their being in Sue's room would show Batman that they were not afraid of Sue and her abilities. "Nice to meet you Anothony. I'm Katherin."

Bruce smiles slightly at Sue, then walks past her and looks at Anthony and Katherine. "Leave us please, Sue and I need to talk."

Once Bruce is alone with Sue, he begins to use sign language, "Why do you think I'm here?"

Sue was shocked to see that Batman could sign. Why she should be shocked, she thought to herself, when the man was a genius and has taken on foes greater than he was. The Batman was calm with a collective face, but she knew he was analyzing her from head to toe, a matter of deduction that she could not fathom.

She did not even realize that she was tearing up again, as the tears rolled down her face while signing: ”Because of the damage I caused to the buildings and Mr. Rankin.”

“I didn’t mean to, I swear! I didn’t think I could cause that much damage. Is Mr. Rankin and everyone okay?” she followed up.

Phoebe jogged to her dorm, findning her swming gear. Green, sine it was her favorite colour. She tied her hair in a braid, and changed, throw0ughing clofhes on back over her gear. She didn't fancy walking to the pool in her swimming gear. Then she headed to the pool

Bruce shakes his head as he replies, "Mr. Rankin is fine, but John is in a coma. The damage to the building has nothing to do with it. I'm here because of the recklessness you showed in regard to the safety and well-being of your classmates. I've already met with a number of staff members and your father to decide whether or not to expel you. However, I think it's only fair if I allow you to defend yourself. Why do you think I should let you remain at the Academy?"

Ryan was waiting at the pool. Like most of his clothes his swim trunks were red and yellow. It suited him. He had not brought his shirt. Why should he? Neither did he need a towel. Running worked better. He sat there waiting.

Phoebe smiled, walking up to Ryan "I just have to change. I didn't want to walk through the school in swim gear"

Serah walked into the academy, since she was a new student, she was very shy and lost. She wandered aimlessly down the hall while looking over her schedule. Serah didn't make it an effort to communicate with others, she just continued to walk, hiding her face behind her hair.

Gregory sat against the wall like he usually does in the morning. He seemed quite mysterious and laid-back. Every one in a while, he'd look up to see the females in the school. He studied the other students carefully and began taking notes on them.

Sue thought hard on how to defend herself. In fact, she didn’t think they could do much to help her, not when she was so powerful but so volatile. She breathed heavily, her heart raced, her hands gripped hard and her tears flowed faster.

Her dad brought her here in the hopes that one day she could control her powers. She wanted her passive ability to become an active one that she could control, as they always pointed it out to her whenever she queried. She didn’t want this life because she was scared of what she could do.

She tried to think of reasons why she should stay when there was nothing for them to do about her passive ability.

She wished her dad was right there, next to her to help. She was always a supportive figure that cheered for Sue all the way with the multitude of hobbies and interests that she fostered. Even if there were other bigger, stronger superheroes compared to Banshee, he will always be Sue’s number one.

Then she remembered what Iron Fist said: her emotions could control the amplification of sound. Perhaps it wasn’t just a matter of her power, but about her ability. No, it was about her heart of becoming a hero.

Whenever Sue used her powers, it was either she was scared of what damage she was going to do or she was happy and alive when she was fighting Mimic.

Sue looked up to Batman, and signed:

”I should stay because I want to be better. I was either too scared or too lost in the usage of my power. I realize now that I do not truly know the extent of my ability, but I would like, no, I need to be able to master it.

You, of all people, should know that a superhero is not measured by their power and capabilities, but their heart and sheer will to protect and serve. My power is passive, but my will is active. I can learn to control myself in using my power.

If my dad put me here believing I could be better, then please help me to be better. I promise I will be better. For me and everyone.” ending it with a smile

Ryan nodded. "Take your time. I'll be in the pool. " He said jumping in with a cannon ball. Water went everywhere. He swam up. "Come on! I hate being alone."

Jack looked down at the guy against the wall. Another loner. Wow there were alot here. It took one to know one. He saw some girl go in. Might as well talk to her. He climbed down the wall and yelled to her. " Hey! You shouldn't go in there. You need some help ? " He asked the girl. She looked lost. He smiled at her.

Phoebe quickly changed, and dove into the pool, she swam down, touching the bottum, then arched up to the surface, smiling. She loved the swim.

Bruce Wayne smiles at Sue's obvious passion, then replies, "That's all I needed to hear. You're more than welcome to continue your training here, but there are two conditions. You can no longer have your bodyguards, because they cause a tense atmosphere. Secondly, the only time you are allowed to display your full power are during the weekly battle simulations, and in the new training room we will be building for you. Agreed?"
