Powers: All of Captain America's powers but he is not as skilled at them yet. He got his powers since the serum messed with his father's genetics

Appearance: He looks similar to his father. However there are a few differences. He has bright blue eyes and black hair as compared to his father's blonde hair. He is two inches taller than his father standing at around 6'4". He has a bout the same build as his father.
