Because I ordered books for my classes. Then I had to create three accounts and request a password for a fourth just to access them.

I rarely have problems with mine. Which is a good thing because I'm not the most patient person. This is the most trouble I've ever had and it was to get my books.

I never have issues with my schools website. Except I can't find my subects from last semester like I normally can.

renting the ebooks is cheaper for me. Since I used them in other schools I didn't think it would be a problem. But it turned out to be a HUGE frustration.
