The mask is able to act as if he is a cartoon,pulling out stuff out of thin air,instantly changing clothes,super strength,turns into a pancake when crushed.

Basic ly to do almost anything if it is funny

No comics completely follow our logic, I think the general rule is if it has happened in the universe we're operating in, it's probably ok. But as Katherin said, it has to fit the character

EDIT: If you look at the character sheets (link in my signature) you can see what heroes/villains are being used, you can have the same parent as someone else but you'll have to ask if that's alright

Powers :when he wears the mask of Loki,he transforms into the mask,an ego maniac,slight realty warping nut,who can do almost anything if it is funny

Bio:after the events of the cartoon (yes there was a cartoon,look it up)Stanley Ipkiss became rich from a lottery,turning him into a media mogul,hee kept the mask as a mantel piece,while he was traveling , jack wore the mask,and the rest Is history

Personality:when in his normal form,he is a bumbling ,nice guy,just don't push him too far.

While in his mask form,he becomes an insane ,eccentric troll

I'm not an expert on this so could be completely wrong... but doesn't the mask only work at night? And it's called the mask of Loki, right? Does he actually have anything to do with it or is it just a name? Only the first question really has any sway, the latter were because my character is the daughter of Loki, so that could potentially be a little bit interesting

In the cartoon he can use it in the day. Just to a lesser extent. I don't know the answer to the second question. But I think we should say that Loki has something to do with the mask. It would be interesting to see Kat mess with Jack when wears it. Also I just noticed his name. Is that going to be a problem if Avan comes back?
