Shea frowned. She didn't like the way this was going. Why was everyone acting like they were in a war zone? They had been attacked once. And she blamed Tanikazi for that. If he hadn't woken that drone everything would have been fine. She was tempted to refuse yo follow the crazy people but she didn't want to be left alone if things did go down hill. She was not a fighter.

Tanikazi was in a tough situation. he could actually hear the sounds of Drones Fluttering about, they where nearby obviously, if they where to go they would have to soon. Tanikazi wanted to rush the group, But obviously Nobody trusted tanikazi,Rushing the group would probably be futile and nobody would Listen to him,He was actually tempted to ditch the group and find his own way out, but if things went downhill He wouldn't be a free person anymore, shoved back inside of a cage. wonderful. on anima Tanikazi would probably be considered Soft by his actions right now, being full of Cowardice to order the group. Tanikazi kept holding on to the doorknob waiting for everyone to get ready already, Tapping his foot gently on the ground making a tiny sound kinda shown that he wanted everyone to hurry up, Subtly

Akila was ready to go at least. She did make a good point before they got going. "Once we're through this I would refrain from touching anything. It seems to set off alarms."

Tanikazi almost laughed a bit at that sentence, pretty much everything here was booby trapped, speaking of booby trapped where the heck did Gwen go? those Drone thingies are weirdly Hostile towards humans, Gwen was probably Surrounded, shot, and killed, which sucked because Tanikazi liked Gwen. it was actually pretty unfair. Tanikazi was used to danger and the Possibility of Death each day, Hell he actually liked danger. he would Probably Switch places with Gwen if he could choose, Letting himself get shot at by lazers, not some Human scientist. tanikazi actually kinda frowned thinking about her, *well, keep calm and carry on,* tanikazi thought,

Runo held on to Akila as best he could. He really didn't mind being carried, since he'd likely only be almost useless anyway, and he was glad that he wasn't too heavy for that to be possible. He wasn't all that heavy, really, but Merfolk tails weren't exactly light. He wasn't really sure that had changed when his tail turned into a pair of legs, either. At the mention of the two plans, he did almost speak up about the third one he had that Tanikazi had shut down before he could really get it out there, but the group seemed to have moved on already. Slightly defeated, he ducked his head down and just waited for the rest.

Tanikazi couldn't help but think if there was another Plan, Akila looked like she was Hiding something, but tanikazi didn't care, the sounds of drones flying by gotten louder and louder, with a indoor voice tanikazi whispered **anytime now people** rushing them a tiny bit,

Shea stayed silent. No one seemed to be listening to her anyway. She followed the group. She really didn't have anything to contribute. She was just a scientist.

"Why are you waiting on us? This was your plan. If you want to lead then do so." Glancing back at Shea, Akila noted her expression. It was hard to tell the thoughts behind it though. "If there is something on your mind it is better to speak it. You may regret not in the future ."

*that was rather rude* tanikazi thought, **I thought we were some kind of democracy,** tanikazi lied, he was actually waiting for everyone just so he wouldn't be ditched, **If you truly want to go now than GO AHEAD!** tanikazi yells as he swings the door open, revealing a room full of drones. the drones turn to the group immediately and Aim there guns, it was do or get captured for the group except for shea, the robots would try to kill Shea since shes a outsider

Akila watched in disbelief as Tanikazi open the door and gave away their position. What madness was this? Truly she could not understand the reasoning of this creature. With the robots moving in it sounded like the others in the hall were alerted too. She showed a brief expression of anger before her expression went back to it's usual cold state. "Very well servant of Apophis." Holding onto Runo so he wouldn't fall she jumped backward through the door and braced herself on one foot. From there she pushed back and braced her leg on the wall beside the entryway she had just come. With her leg like a coiled spring she pushed off and cleared half the room with ease. Already on the other side of most of the machines she continued across. The robots themselves had to take a moment to decide what to do about Akila. On one hand she was not designated as a target, but the subject on her back was only partially recognized. The transition from merman to terrestrial walker was not known. The confusion made an opening for Tanikazi and Shea, if only briefly. Setting Runo down Akila looked back to see how Shea would do.

tanikazi Immediately Sprinted through the door, Running very quickly through the door, Tanikazi's tail fluttering about as he Quickly made it to the other door with only one robot Noticing tanikazi and firing a tazer, but missing hilariously, the robots were extremely confused now

Runo gasped as he tried to hold on to Akila, thoroughly surprised and impressed by her impressive mobile skills. Since the drones seemed to be mostly disoriented and weren't moving fast enough to take them out, maybe thy would be alright. Tanikazi seemed to be moving rather well, so that only left Shea. Would she make it alright? He wasn't sure about how fast she could move or if she had a way to fend off these strange metal beasts if they turned hostile towards her. Almost immediately, he was starting to regret that he hadn't mentione a buddy system of some kind to make sure that she wouldn't be left behind. Suddenly worried, he looked back towards the human in the hopes that she was still okay. *Back in the pod, we wouldn't have had to think twice about making sure that everyone was together. That's just how I'm used to operating.*

tanikazi pressed the button to the door and closed it, the robots weren't confused anymore, they switched two Weaponlike arms with two Ruby red gunlike arms, one of the drones fired a red lazer at shea Immediately noticing this tanikazi gestures shea to move, the robots didn't notice the tiny group in the hallway but they did notice shea

Shea stared at the drones in suprise. He didn't even notice Tanikazi training to signal her. She has never seen anything like what was in front of her. Even though robotics wasn't her field of expertise her fing pagers itched to take it a part. Her mind was alive with the possibility of such drones here on Earth.

Seeing that Shea had frozen for some reason, Akila went back into the room. Taking into account what Tanikazi said about the robots wanting to eliminate unknown threats perhaps they needed to do just that. Closing the gap Akila grabbed Shea and managed to move her out of the way, narrowly avoiding getting hit herself. Putting the girl into a headlock she squeezed tightly but not enough to completely cut off her breathing. With her close Akila whispered into Shea's ear. " They want you dead. You're going to have to struggle and feign it." Turning slightly to avoid giving any other robots a clear shot she waited for Shea to play dead.

Tanikazi was a bit pissed off by how Utterly dumb they are,the drones ignored akila others aimed a lazer gun at shea, doing a quick facepalm Tanikazi smacked the door button. sprinted through, everything was in slow motion right now for tanikazi, he jumped on top of a Drone and kicked another, doing very minor damage to it only denting it, but alerting every darn drone in the entire room and distracting them, tanikazi's mouth hung up a bit at his epic failure, he smacked straight into a wall and gotten tazed multiple times by 3 drones, *damn this squad* tanikazi thought as he convulsed by the electricity, but however the drones gotten confused again and stopped aiming at shea and turned there attention to tanikazi. *I don't think this was a good plan anymore*

Looking back at the situation on the other side of the room, Runo continued to feel more panicked as things escalated. It seemed like there were just too many to get away from unscathed at this point, and if the others were all killed by these metallic beasts, then what? Being alone was a pretty big no in his book, especially in such a terrifying and dry place with such vicious things everywhere. *What should I do? What would I do if this was my pod?* ...perhaps he could still do *that*? It wouldn't be fun, but it was the last option he could think of. This was an emergency! "Cover your ears and duck!" The merman shouted out in the hopes that he could still be heard over the chaos. If this worked, it might not have very good effects on unprotected ears. Wincing at the thought of the incoming pain, he took a deep gulp of air before releasing it in a screech powerful enough to be felt. A lot. He still didn't fully understand the solid creatures that kept shooting at them, but he had seen other Merfolk take down pretty large and scary attackers with it. It was always horrible to watch, though; there were some pretty good reasons why their 'siren screeches' were never used often. After almost a minute of forcing out the large sound, Runo started choking and dropped to his knees, clutching at his throat. If there way to describe the feeling left behind, he'd have to say that it was akin to having one's throat practically ripped open with hot knives. He couldn't even think past the pain at the moment to swear on how he was never going to use it ever again. Assuming that there would be an 'again', of course.

all of the robots short circuted and exploded due to the sheer force of the scream, each hitting the ground with a symbolic Thump, like a panio

Akila had ducked and covered her ears as the sound reached her. It was times like these that having a better sense of hearing was a disadvantage. After a while the pain numbed as she temporarily lost her hearing. Shaking her head once everything was done she only felt the thudding as the drones hit the ground.

tanikazi clutched his ears at the annoying sounds, it almost blew him up like the drones, smiling tanikazi finally stopped convulsing and gotten up, everything sounded like it was said in reverse, and there was two people saying it at the same time, after a while a FOOMP sound was made in tanikazi's head and he could hear again. amazed tanikazi said **that......was awesome** completely oblivious to everyone else, especially runo
