Sorry about this but I might have to quit the rp. Real life is being a jerk. I understand. There hasnt been much activity in the interest check and stuff so this might not even happen for awhile...

I just received some interest on the check, so, I am writing the first town into existance. It will be castle town and Castle Hyrule. You may jump in at any time provided your CS has been accepted. I will be checking often to make sure no one has added one.

Wow... that's a big question... and honestly answering this will be a bit of a spoiler too something, but yes. The Hero's shade could absolutely be a player in this world!

I wanted to show you guys the completed portion of Hyrule castle town. This is but a fraction of the whole town. Please don't post yet! Theres so much more to come, and this is only a location post. A story post will start the game, so just be patient!

Typical Species abilities: None? (I checked an stalfos are very bland.)
Personal Skills: Master Swordsmanship, and Animal husbandry.
Starting equipment: Rusty Sword, Moldy Shield, Ancient Helm, and Rusty Owl Armor.
Home: Rotting and Over Grown Kokiri Village
Backstory: After teaching the Hero of Twilight what he know he thought his job was done, he laid down to take his final rest, but a stalfos can only be slain. As a lost soul he wandered the lost woods, remembering the stalfos he fought from the past. Finally after a countless number of years he found his way out, but it was not without heart break. The village he grew up in was abandoned, the path to the great deku tree was blocks by thick brush, the bridge to hyrule was destroyed or decayed he couldn't tell. It took along time and alot of heart ache he built a bridge. In that time he had accidentally destroyed a grave, unearthing a small skeleton clutching a pink ocarina, he was sure it was her. Shade spent a full year mourning her. He finished the bridge but didn't cross, he was afraid. For the first time, he was afraid, afraid of what he would find, he knew folks would attack him on sight he was of course a monster. So he sat on the bridge, he looked at the top of his left hand, played the ocarina in hopes something would happen. He then felt a twinge, at what seemed to de a heart of sorts perhaps his soul. He may have been a monster but he was still a hero. As long as there is darkness a hero has to defeat it, but... How does a monster be a hero... He goes back into the village take some large cloth and drapes it around him. He also digs up the sign in front of the lost woods and proceeds to leave the old village.

One thing that i wanted to implement with this rp, was that the battle was more realistic and creative than the games. You get to choose how you fight and defeat each foe, keeping in mind your strengths and weaknesses, just like you can respond to the multitude of NPC's in any way you like! You are no mute character in this world, you're exactlt what you want to be. As such, there will be no hearts in this game.

Haha! Thank you. Just about every major item in the games can be found available in this rp, whether earned or bought. The masks have always had various effects on the game, so I deemed them to be no exception. Most of them are based off of the Majora's masks, but some are new creations.
