"Uh, yeah, I've just never been to anything like this." He replied with a light sigh.

Kyle smiled, kissing Konsa's cheek. "Hey, it's not like you'll be in my place..." he said, chuckling.

Konsa turned his head away away from Kyle. "I'm still going to feel out of place." He replied, "Let's just get this over with."

Kyle bit his lip and released Konsa. "Whatever you say..." he said, a hint of sadness in his voice as he stepped into he throne room.

Konsa followed him in, shuffling off to the side to make room for other people.

Kyle walked over to his mother, and bowed a litle as she slid the pendant with the royal seal on it, and she said something in a different language, and everyone else in the throne room sat in the chairs they had set up.

Konsa took a seat near the corner of the room, watching the ceremony silently.

At the end of the ceremony, everyone moved into the courtyard and the dining hall. Kyle cane up to Konsa, smiling sadly. "Well.. What's done is done..."

Konsa nodded, "Yeah, I guess this goodbye." He said, glancing around the courtyard. "Where can I catch a ride home?"

"Eiko can take you...." he looked at the ground. "You know.....you can come and visit... Right?" he murmured, biting his lip. "It doesn't have to be this way.... You'll always be welcome here...."

Konsa gazed at Kyle, expressionlessly. "I think it would be best to just end this now." He glanced away from Kyle, arms crossing over his chest. "No need to drag this out." Taking a step back from Kyle, he scanned the crowd for Eiko, unable to look Kyle in the eye.

Kyle looked away from Konsa as well and walked away into the hallway, fighting to keep himself from breaking down right there.

Eiko saw Konsa and smiled, walking over to him. "Hey..." he looked over at Kyle. "Is he okay?"

"No, probably not." He said with a sigh. "Can you take me back now?" He asked Eiko, forcing a stiff smile.

Eiko looked at Konsa, then to where Kyle had dissapeared to, then back to Konsa. He sighed. "I guess..." he said, turning and notioning for him to follow him. They passed Fox on the way out and she shot Konsa a death glare, snarling at him. Ella shot a glare at her and Fox rolled her eyes, turning and walkung away briskly.

Kyle went into his room, locked the door and went over to the windiw. He leaned against it on his elbows, buried his face in his hands, and began to cry.

Konsa ignored the girls, refusing to even glance at them. He followed Eiko silently, eyes cast to the ground as he did.

Eiko led him to the helicopter, getting in.

Kyle watched from his window, sobbing pitifully.

Konsa climbed in, taking a seat. He leaned back, and sighing heavily. He finally allowed himself to relax looking out of the window of the helicopter.

Kyle watched the helicopter take off, and wiped his face with his sleeve.

Eiko watched Konsa quietly.

Konsa caught Eiko staring at him, "What?" He snapped, glaring harshly at Eiko.

Eiko looked away from him. "Nothing..." he muttered, looking out of the window. "Just...... Thinking...."

Kyle went over to his bed and plopped down.
