Konsa stretched his arms as the helicopter landed. He stepped out of it, breathing a sigh of relief. Konsa glanced back at Eiko, "Well, goodbye. I guess." He said halfheartedly, taking a few steps away from him.
Konsa returned to his dorm, slamming the door shut. He paused, seeing Daniel there. Konsa strode to him, and jabbed his side. "What are you doing here? How did you even get in here?" He asked, obviously not the mood to be nice.
Daniel jumped and straightened himself. "Since you weren't in the computers as Kyle's actual room mate, the placed me in here after I signed up for the school..." he looked at him. "What's your deal? You look like you've jist been ripped off.... And it also looks like you ran into a jerk that took all your money..."
"Why would you sign up for the school?" He asked, walking over to his bed and took a seat on the edge. He ignored Daniel's question and remarks, just glaring at him with an irritated expression.
Daniel leaned back in the chair. "I wanted to see if this place was all it's cracked up to be... And I wanted to get away from Maridella... And you know why..." Daniel tilted his head. "Where is Kyle anyways?"
Daniel smiled. "Oh, yeah, that's right... Wow.. His dad's gone, huh? I wonder how old he was... Maybe.... 86? I think it's been that long..." he said, beginning to mumble at the end of his sentence.
"You're a horrible person for saying something like that." Konsa snarled, "I thought you two were best friends, you're so quick to forget about that." He refused to look at Daniel, staring angrily at the sheets.
"I know when something is not going to work out." He replied, "There's no use in delaying the inevitable." He sat back up, looking at the door. "And I'm not that torn up about it. I just...." Konsa's voice trailed off, unable to find the right words to describe his feelings.
