Oops. Sorry about the IC post. I meant to not give so much detail... but I got into it a little too much. That's what happens when you don't RP for such a long time I guess. lol
Thanks BBeast! I think I justified myself having no problems with that capture by posting so much detail. (I mean, like, in my own mind that's what was going on.) Anyway, I don't think I'll always post posts big like that.
Ad just so you know, that guy with the torch is just an unimportant NPC. I expect you to deal with him as you please... either remaining completely silent about the event, or reporting it to someone. Though he might have some problems explaining what he saw, as he only saw a demon marching behind a family walking in a straight line into the jungle. lol.
If you don't want to post as him or anything like that, that's alright... I'd be glad to sick some baddies good heroic figures upon my own character. It's what I do.
EDIT: I feel like editing my IC post and making it bigger.
Second EDIT: Oh, what was that last post about? I've been reading a few of those. Those are some group of golems, correct? And that human is some other RPer, right? I take it they are a bunch of 'heros'? That sounds kind of interesting actually. Are we actually allowed to have Hero-type characters? If so, I'd sure love to have a 'hero' randomly stumble upon that meeting, then quickly turn on their heels and be like "SORRY... didn't know there was this thingy thing happening... sorrryyyy~...." sort of thing. Then maybe be stopped. lol. IDK. I'm not exactly sure what's going on.
The golems are NPCs, and are the inhabitants of Monolith. Lugubrious is in charge of them, so he posts on their behalf.
Emily is a Keeper, although a slightly different Keeper. She is technically not a Hero, just a not particularly evil Keeper with the goal of destroying all other Keepers.
We are not having hero characters here, too complicated. Hero NPCs, sure- if you want one to face your own Keeper, you can make one yourself (it will generally fall under the category of 'minor NPCs', which you can make and control), or you can ask someone else (such as a GM) to make a hero to face you.
Emily is a Rogue Being with a deep grudge against the Keepers for killing her, and destroying her world. The spirits right now bolster her abilities to make her a sort of Pseudo-Keeper, but I am thinking that I could find someone later in Cyprus that could bond them permanently to her. Making them part of her, rather than just her being a host.

OK, that then. It's a little fuzzy on exactly what Emily is categorised as, then.
Anyway, Teknonick, if you want to interfere with another character using NPCs, you would need their permission (unless you have an already established bunch of NPCs which the character interfered with first).
"Blisters, fevers, seeping sores. From those wounds your fester pours." - Chant sung by Bal'Tazor
Bal'tazor, Plague Lord - "Unclean and dirty, the world shall be. All shall suffer, even thee." The first words that this great infection bellowed upon their summoners. Fanatic cultist summoning powers they had not yet understood, summoned the worst creature they could have ever imagined. "With the bodies of hundreds, wrought with disease. The Great Unclean One, you shall please." read out the fools who thought they could control such powers. Once summoned, Bal'tazor ravaged through dozens of cultist, infecting them with his gargantuan battle axe covered with the pus of his own body. "After all were horrendously disfigured and completely diseased, Bal'tazor left felling so pleased."
*Intact journal found on one of the diseased corpses of the cultist*
Bal'tazor is a greater demon from the bowels of the world, long forgotten after being banished several thousand years ago by the people of Cyprus; the knowledge long forgotten. The monster has not been seen for thousands of years and only can be heard of by whispers of the insane and diseased. The average estimate of his height is around 13.5 meters tall; grotesque in nature with a single pudgy head and almost three double chins racing down the neck with a single bloodshot eye that covers almost half of its face. It's mouth is filled with rotted, jagged teeth; bloated maggots racing across its mouth. The belly is described to be massive in size, almost protruding out of the body as if it wasn't of its own with massive openings as intestines push against the wounds, bile and blood seeping through it at all times. The legs are known to be swallowed by the fat of the monster, leaving only the feet and little else. The arms are longer, able to reach around half of the belly to be able to swing the massive axe almost three-fourths the size of the demon. It regarded to also have almost puke-like green skin with rotting skin covering the joints.
Bal'tazor is recorded to be able to spread disease and plague wherever it goes, every living organism should feel fear if their sights fall upon this demon and we shall be able to use it to be rid of those horrid Keepers that plague this land. It is also regarded to have immense strength, it can level a several houses with a single swing of its mighty axe! However this monster, powerful as it is, is slow from moving its legs from swinging its immense axe.
*Pages are scribbled with crude drawings of the immense beast and useless ramblings for almost the rest of the journal, but the last page is scribbled and hastily written*
We have found text craved around some ruin deep inside the bowels of the earth, which have been finally deciphered by our best brothers! It discusses how Bal'tazor acted in the physical realm! They say that it's rather jovial for such a being that brings only death, and that how he sings to his children the great songs of his joyous time on the world. It doesn't say much after that, but we haven't really been focusing on those recently as we had finally found the great book to tell us on how to summon this great demon! We shall finally have our revenge against the horrors of these keepers by having them face the greatest horror that Cyprus has to offer! Some of the artifacts to suppress this monster have been long lost, but we should be able to find replacements for these.
This is the the final entry of this journal, as with the discovery of this tome, I'm being sent to find the various artifacts scattered among the lands. If it all goes to plan and those Keepers are finally destroyed, my wife can no longer keep me away from my son, as me and my brothers will be the heroes of Cyprus!

Sorry about this post. I had copy-pasted my IC post here because my keyboard stopped working.
Okay! The IC was finished and cleaned up! I now have the slaves and resources needed to start constructing the dungeon! By Naoto and his slaves need to first return to the dungeon.
Before he can construct his Dungeon Heart, he needs his slaves to dig tunnels first. In the meantime, he needs to come up with a general plan for his dungeon's design.... It may be rough and tumble at first, but he will be constantly expanding his dungeon. At least until the local town figures out what happened exactly, and send in an army to attack him.
Does he have a plan with his fireball floating around the group? Will he manage to summon his first army of minions before the town arrives before his dungeon's front doors? Will the enemy even figure out how to enter, without the help of a local magician?
Don't get me wrong; I like the creativity with conveying information via the use of diary entries, but if you could condense that into a single paragraph to put into the Compendium I'd appreciate it. It would make BBeast's job that much easier and keep the information less spaced out.
I thought very few people knew about the keepers, let alone that they are called that. They haven't been around long enough for such information to spread.
Well we've earlier said that our Keepers can be native to Cyprus. The humans probably wouldn't understand the Keepers terribly well but then again they don't have to; having a bunch of entities suddenly appear and pillage the land would probably scare people.
As in for how the timelines seem to be off a bit with his sheet mentioning Keepers yet all our characters still relatively unknown, I for one don't see it as a big issue. Weeks have passed by for Moggotheddon with him basically just sleeping all underground and occasionally waking up to throw a tantrum. Meanwhile Emily and Naota have probably only had a few days pass by.
I think our timelines will come together eventually, but until this progresses a bit and we start making contact it shouldn't be too much of a problem if some of us have more time pass by.
