so to everyone here, anyone have any suggestions for the behavior for the teachers in the school? we have a teacher for every discipline so any suggestions will help me a lot in making them more believable

Fuinjutsu instructor should be somewhat quirky, Kenjutsu should be strict(possibly a samurai or former samurai), Genjutsu should be very smart and straategic and used to hearing a lot of flack about her field and ready to prove the nay sayers wrong, Ninjutsu guy should be confident and have a varied arsenal. Some suggestions to get you started, of the top of my head

Genjutsu if a girl should be a tease trickster and to some degree seductive. For guys disciplined and cold, eccentric.
Fuinjutsu can be a dandere/kuudere.

Ninjutsu is..........yeah what you said.

I'm not sure, maybe Ninjutsu I guess. What does dandere mean, as I know Kuudere means something like an ice queen, right.
Also, what does KKG mean as well?

You could also make the fuinjutsu teacher eccentric and focussed on art. As fuinjutsu is the closed thing to a art I reckon.
I agree with Masaki that the genjutsu teacher could be a seductress, or if it's a guy a suave lady's men :D.
As for a taijutsu user, I am not too sure. But either a happy go lucky guy who has enormous big muscles, or more a strict person who focusses more on technique and discipline instead of physical training.

I can't really think of something else at the moment, but let me know if you need help in making characters :D.
