Kara walks down the hall glancing in to the bedrooms as she passes by. The first room is occupied by Ash and Jason. She knocks on the door frame to make herself known. "Hey, hope I'm not interrupting. My roommate doesn't seem to be in the talkative mood." She crosses her arms across her chest and leans against the door. "But is anyone else curious about the restriction of the third floor or is it just me?" She looks towards Ash, who seems a bit less tense and then to Jason.

Roxy studied the others. She couldn't really hear them. The shadow world muffled sound the way water did. But she wasn't really interested in what they were saying. She wanted to watch they way they interacted. There actions would tell her a lot about them. She needed as much information about them. Especially since it appeared that she was stuck with them for the time being.

"yeah just a little so I haven't heard the rules yet....is there anything I should know?" she asked as she lowered her hand and sat back down on her bed putting her violin back in its case 'this is gonna be an interesting new life' she thought to herself.

"Not much," Genevieve says, "besides the fact that all of the training rooms are upstairs and whoever sent us here didn't want us to kill each other. What's your power anyways?" Genevieve looks around, suddenly feeling like she's being watched. She looks to the walls, but no one is there. She shivers and looks back at Erin. "I can control weather. And my eyes change with my mood."

"cool, l can manipulate sound waves as well as actually see them its a pretty useful ability especially when I don't want someone to hear something or I want to amplify my voice" she said before clapping and muting the sound " so i take it everyone here has amazing special abilities"

Jason jumped at Ash talking to him. "Sorry. Sorry, I was deep in thought." He said before following her into the room. Whenever Kara opened the door Jason looked up. "I'm curious but afraid of what I'll find." He says and leaves it at that.

Once Jason entered the room, Ash sat quietly down on the bed. About to spark up some sort of conversation with her roommate, her mouth abruptly closed as Kara entered the room, revealing her curiosity about the third floor. Instantly, Jason had responded to her, revealing his own morbid curiosity. Ash kept her mouth shut, preferring not to speak, especially since she wasn't spoken directly to, and it seemed as if Jason had answered for her anyway.

Robert emerged from his thoughts at the arrival of this newcomer. Knocking his hat off of his head and onto bed while putting down his bag, Robert stood up to meet the new boy. "Hello,I'm... "he paused, thinking back to his earlier introduction,"well, I guess I'm Rob now. Short for Robert Connor Kim. But you can call me Kim. You can call me Con. Just don't call me later for dinner." He laughed and extend his right hand.

Roxy watched the interaction with interest. Most of them seemed interested in the third floor. She had a feeling that she knew exactly what was on the third floor. Usually she was all for breaking the rules. Especially those that didn't make sense. But she had other things she needed to do before breaking that particular rule. She had no doubt that she could go there anytime she wanted to so there was no reason to hurry.

Bay took Rob's hand and shook it. "Nice to meet you Rob. So what can you do?" he asked. He wanted Rob to reveal his powers before he would reveal his.

Genevieve smiled at her. That was a pretty cool power. She wished she could do that. "Yeah, I think all of us do. We have some people who can walk in shadows as I have seen and one who can control the elements from what I saw." She nodded at the door.

While shaking Bay's hand Robert answered," Do? You mean speak seven languages? I picked up a bit of Wushu. I'm a pretty good motorcycle racer. I can bake nearly anything to perfection and I make a mean omelette. I also am no stranger to large scale gardening. And I'm a strong swimmer." He laughed as he let his hands fall to his side. " Hash tag humble brag or I guess in this case it's just brag. A prompted brag, mind you, but still a brag. That's not really all there is to me but those are usually some first date, break the ice kind of things, you know?" Robert scratched the back of his head as he looked at Bay and continued to speak," But unless you mean any of that and I have a feeling that you don't, then I'm afraid you lost me."

Bay stares at him and mentally says to him I mean what kind of powers do you have. I have the power of telepathy, which means I can read your mind and transmit thoughts to it, as I am doing right now. Are you telling me that you can't do anything as spectacular as that? Bay tips his head to the side, looking menacingly at Rob. He didn't want to scare the poor kid, but it made him curious why Rob didn't give away his powers right off the bat.

"ok so i should expect to see other stuff right" she said smiling back at Genevieve then thought for a moment and continued " You said training rooms right, how did they get rooms for all of our powers?" she said before slinging her guitar onto her back and walking to the door of the room "I dont know about you but im curious about that so i'm going to check it out"

He steps quietly into the house, a gust of icy air following him.
He glances around the house, watching his footsteps frost into the wood floor.
He grunts softly, in an unsurprised tone.

"Neat trick." Roxy commented to the newcommer from the shadows. Even if he looked around with excellent night vision it was unlikely the new arrival would see her. She figured it was safe enough to greet him. "The problem I see is that I know exactly where you are. Your frost problem gives you away. Might as well builed on if those maps with the dots. You know the one big malls have?"

"What I mean in you have a big becon on your head." Roxy told him. She stood in the shadow closet to him. "You name wouldn't happen to be Jack Frost would it?"

He murmurs,
"And it's pretty hard to hide from me."
He grunts after, spreading the cold, looking for her mist of breath to appear
"And my name, is Jihord."

Roxy laughs and steps out of the shadow. She leaned against the wall far from him. She crossed her legs over her chest. "Must be nice not to have anyone to hide from."
