Um, for future reference Guls usually covers himself near completely with his cloak and doesn't widely advertise the fact that he's a Namekian although he doesn't exactly keep it a secret. Description: Taking advantage of his speed and dexterity, Suito becomes a barely visible blur, circling, flipping and sliding around his opponent delivering a flurry of punches, kicks and various strikes, taking advantage of any opening that presents itself.

Description: By swiping in the direction of his opponent with his Knife Hand attack, Suito send a razor sharp energy attack their way, capable of cutting through opponents and mountains alike.

Personality: Can be quite gruff at times and intolerant of what he perceives to be stupidity. Suito is typically frowning in a look of serious concentration or disproval depending on the situation and has no time for nonsense. Despite all of this, Suito can actually be fairly considerate of others with a strong sense of right and wrong, which can also fuel his gruff attitude at times, as right and wrong seem obvious to him at times.
Suito has only one weakness. Attractive women. Long periods of time alone in the wilds has caused him to become girl-crazy. He would typically pack light on these treks, but he would almost always take copies of the latest swimsuit magazines with him. Because of this he can almost always be distracted by a pretty face, not to mention the promise of bikinis.

History:
A descendent of families of Krillin and Vegeta, Suito grew up in West City in a modest home situated by the ocean. He was a reasonable student, the son of a Teacher and Secretary, who performed well in English and History subjects. It wasn't until his parents enrolled him in the New Turtle School as a child that Suito found his passion. The Martial Arts training ignited something within him and he soon became fascinated with its practice, using his passion of History to research and study the origins of the art and combining his English and Science studies to examine the ideas presented in a dusty old copy of the book Groundbreaking Science!
Quickly rising to become one of New Turtle School's top students in West City, Suito began to focus more and more on his fighting. While he was able to maintain his grades, he used every holiday, weekend and day off as an opportunity to train and study new techniques., swimming to nearby islands or disappearing into the wilds for weeks on end He quickly learned to channel his ki, to focus his energy and even to achieve flight, pushing himself to the absolute limit whenever possible. There were even several instances where he pushed himself too far, almost to the brink of death, falling from cliffs during his early attempts at flight, but each time he returned to his training when he was able, having become stronger and more determined by the experience.

Upon his graduation from school, Suito left for the wilds, dedicating a full year to his training knowing the World Martial Arts Tournament was drawing near and intending to join. Unfortunately for Suito however, he lost track of time, having taken no clock or watch of any description into the wilds with him. By the time he counted the days and realised how little time he had, it was too late. He arrived at the tournament just as entry was closed, finding himself limited to spectating only, wondering at what could have been.

Don't worry, the rules will be explained prior to the first match. Basic stuff. Don't fall out the ring, no biting or crotch shots, no attacking the crowd, etc.

Anyways, the personality is a bit short but I'm in a moderately good mood so I'll let it slide under the assumption that Suito's personality will be explored plenty in the IC. So yeah, he's good. Which also means that he is the second power level of 700, thus bringing the cap for new characters down to... 500. Though there are several characters that have higher power levels than that already, it makes sense considering they are in the tournament and any characters from here on out will not be. I'll try to add Suito to the roster now. Key word: try.

Sounds good! His personality is a bit short, it's the one area I forgot to come back to after saying it was good to go. I've been trying to edit it since yesterday, but every time I get on the site's been down. Thanks for giving him the okay though!

Wanna try drawing Light at some point? I'm a terrible artist unless its 3d art, and that takes time with no ortho pictures either. Also I'm bloody lazy :P.
