Can be a wide-beam effect or a tightly focused beam, but either way it's a fairly weak ki attack that prevents its user from seeing. Oddly enough, the user's power level doesn't seem to affect its strength much. Required Power Level: 10 - Name: Death Breath Type: Ki Attack Description: A burst of flame through the mouth, sustainable as long as he can continue shouting. Required Power Level: 25 - Name: Shady Jet Type: Combination Description: Though Shady doesn't have enough ki to fly yet, he DOES have the powerful thrust from Death Breath. Using enough clones, he can form a makeshift hovercraft by shouting downward... subjecting the ground below to Death Breath. More clones give better control, but fewer more powerful clones give better speed. Required Power Level: 10 - Name: Shady Gazearray Type: Combination Description: Shady and a number of clones form up and fire off their Blazer Gazes simultaneously, either casting beams over a wide area to hit dodgy opponents, or focusing on a single target to deal more damage. Required Power Level: 10 - Personality: Shady isn't seeking the dragon balls, really- he's seeking the chance to prove himself against the best fighters of a planet. He seeks to prove not the superiority of his style or skill, but rather to test himself in pitched combat. He's usually quiet, but has a very foul mouth. Thankfully for the more sensitive earthlings, he only knows alien curses. He can't stand impostors or anyone who talks about their superiority. He knows he isn't that powerful, and as such he tries to pick his battles carefully- he can't even fly, after all. He makes up for his physical weakness by trying to learn a wide range of techniques and inventing new applications for them. After all, one strong person's Blazer Gaze isn't that strong, but 35 weak ones can do some serious damage. History: When the Tuffles and Saiyans started showing up long ago, the people of Planet Plant were okay with it. After all, every race needs a place to call home. Then they started building sprawling cities and eating all the wildlife. The Plants realized where this was headed and left the two to their own devices, moving to another planet in the solar system they dubbed "New Plant." Here, they began practicing the martial traditions passed down by the "Violent Savior" who saved their race in a time of great need, vowing to not lose THIS homeworld. Of course, later their original homeworld blew up. They're kinda miffed about that. Of course, we now come to Shady, son of Ice and follower of the Path of the Violent Savior. Shady's life has been fairly typical for a Plantian monk, composed of learning the traditions of his people and the martial teachings of the Violent Savior. He trained at his father's monastery all his life, until one day it burnt down under mysterious circumstances, later revealed to be because one of the students left the oven on. He decided to move out and perfect his skills in his own way, a decision he regrets immensely because he has no idea how to cook or do laundry. A few years later, a quirk of galactic society turned up in his favor. Due to its importance to galactic history (what with the rise of the Majin, being the homeworld of many Saiyan descendants, and being a magnet for aliens and other weirdness), news regarding Earth travels fast. The news of the tournament and its incredible prize reached even to Planet Plant. This was AT LEAST 250 years of martial tradition, begging to be tested against the teachings of the Violent Savior, with the prize being the alteration of REALITY ITSELF. So he hopped aboard a freighter ship heading for Earth and decided to enter the tournament... maybe wish for his own dojo or a lifetime supply of food and fresh underwear, he's still not sure.

Does not work on things that don't have ki. - Required Power Level: None, but its power does scale off of ki + strength level. 1/30th of strength, 1/10th of ki (her stats not the opponents) drained per second of her touching them. - Name: Fission Punch - Type: Combination - Description: Light channels crackling dark energy into her fist, dealing a considerable amount of damage to whatever she hits with it. (Basically a physical kamehameha) - Required Power Level: 200 Personality: Light is a smart, observant, playful person who values freedom. She likes to do whatever she wants if it brings her enjoyment, short of serious crimes. Her grip on reality isn't fully there, and due to this she will often play with her enemies unless they show little to no reaction to her playful nature, thus it is rare for her to get serious.Though if she does get serious, she is very good at finding enemy weaknesses. History: Light is an oddity for a Majin. instead of having the classical cotton candy tinted skin, either pink, green, blue, or yellow, she is pure white. She also has some sort of connection to the abyss, or so people who have fought her mention, noticing their vitality draining away as they fight her. Whether the two are related or not no one knows, not even her, but she could care less, being more interested in the joys of life than petty concerns as to her origin. This includes fighting, which she finds fun, as she is able to push herself as fast as she can go. She doesn't know much about her parents, and other majin look at her with either wonder or disdain, although the other races don't really see her any different from other majin, unless they are familiar with the race itself. Thus she tends to prefer the company of the other races. Other: She enjoys all kinds of food, not just candy, and can eat a lot.

Through years of diligent work and serious research, he found out the history of the Saiyan Race and their war-fueled history. Required Power Level: 300 Name: Omega Fury Type: combination Description: Maggatorr hammers his opponent with a rapid stream of incredible fast, bone crushing punches. He then finishes this combo with a ki charged punch to either the face or gut. Required Power Level: 150 Name: Omega Force Type: ki attack Description: Maggatorr sends out a wave of invisible energy that hits with a powerful blunt force and sends his enemies flying. This technique is mainly used a means to knock his opponents off guard and dis-balance them, the Omega Force can also be used to stop on coming by overwhelming it. He can up the power and increase the size of invisible by putting more energy into the technique. Required Power Level: 100 Name: Omega Meteor Storm Type: Ki attack Description: Maggatorr fires off tons of beach ball sized beams of red energy in rapid succession and each beam creates a small explosion when it hits. Required Power Level: 250 Name: Omega Eye Beam Type: Ki attack Description: Maggatorr shoots a beam of superheated red energy out of each of his eyes and is meant to burn his enemies with intense heat and has at times had them blast right through his opponents with deadly precision. Required Power Level: 150 Name: Annihilation Punch Type: combination Description: Maggatorr charges up energy in his fist and he lunges at his enemy. He then hits them with an insanely powerful punch that can send opponents flying. Required Power Level: 290 Personality: Maggatorr is dedicated to destroying criminals throughout the universe, but he is desperate to get stronger by training with the best masters he can find. His hatred of crime and tyrants came from the death of his family and the near extinction of his race. His race's incredible value of honor and strength as well as revenge. He may not be incredibly strong, but he has been pushing himself to his limit for several years now and his will has become iron clad because of it. He has little jokes that he makes and the few that does make many would not really call them jokes. When he sees a crime he will immediately go on the attack and depending on if the criminal is weak or strong and the severity of their crime he will either kill them or beat them senseless. As a child, Maggatorr was kind and incredibly determined to become stronger because he was born with a low power level. Being ridiculed by his contemporaries for not being as strong as them made him even more determined to get stronger and with the death of family, his determination was fueled even more. There is a darkness within him and he doesn't deny that there is a blood lust inside of him, but he tries to use the darkness for good by taking his rage and love of violence out on those that he feels deserves it. Maggatorr is cold and calculating, he tries to mix his strength and sense of honor with tactical genius and wisdom in knowing to out fight his enemies and destroy them. Even though he will never admit it, deep down there is a light that he tries to hold onto and that is the memories of life before the death of his family. He believes that in order to really combat the evil that he sees everywhere in the universe, he has to meet it with as much cruelty as he can dish out. He can take a lot of punishment both physical and mental and still tries to keep on fighting. He has been fighting for years to make himself stronger and will not stop until he kills enough evil beings to satisfy his intense hatred and vengeance. Even though his race is almost dead, Maggatorr always honors their culture by keeping his vengeance alive. He doesn't matter how much scum he has to kill, but he will have his vengeance. He wants to kill the leader of the empire that killed his race, but he is too strong and Maggatorr will have to become stronger in order complete that part of his revenge. History: Czarians were race of reptile like humanoids from the planet Czaria who were fairly well developed in using ki energy to be great fighters and they made a name for themselves by becoming great warriors. In some ways they were like the Saiyan race with their love of honor and iron will, but Czarians liked to view themselves as having better motivations for fighting and using their love of war for good. Maggatorr was born to an average family and was a bit of disappointment to his father when they found out he didn't show much potential in power. Maggatorr knew that he wasn't born with incredible power, but he would work as hard as possible to get stronger and that's when he began to train himself day and night to improve his skills in the art of combat. His situation also didn't help when contemporaries made fun of him for being weak, but that wouldn't stop from trying as hard as possible to become stronger. Despite his disappointment Maggatorr's father decided to help his soon with his training by becoming his personal teacher. Maggatorr was happy to have his father training him and he tried even harder to please him. Even though his power level was still slightly below normal for other children training to become warriors, his teachers at the fighting school were impressed his skill in hand to hand combat and his ability to utilize Ki into attacks was fairly advanced. This helped shut up the students who had picked on him for being weaker, power wasn't everything. As the years went by his gradual increase in power was giving him confidence, but then the worst thing in his entire life happened. His planet was invaded by a race of conquering aliens known as the Xenronians who used powerful machinery instead of Ki energy like the Czarians, but their leaders were very powerful in the art of combat. Their weapons were incredibly powerful and being as advanced in science like their invaders, the Czarians were decimated. His family was killed and Maggatorr only survived by the miracle of not being gunned down by his enemies and he was taken captive by the Xenronians. They spared his and the other captives so that they could become slaves and work as laborers and foot soldiers for the Xenronian empire. After seeing his family die, Maggatorr was filled a terrible rage and pain and he was determined to escape and take vengeance on the Xenronians when he was strong enough. His chance to escape happened when the transport ship he was on was attacked by a band of space pirates and in the chaos Maggatorr managed to escape in an escape pod. Once free he started to train to make himself stronger and then went on his quest to eliminate evil throughout the universe. Maggatorr's quest would take him to many worlds and meet many like-minded people who wished to do away with the plague that was evil and tyranny. He wanted to find a way to to become strong enough to see his vengeance complete and he sought out beings who would teach him in the way of battle. Maggatorr found several individuals who agreed to train him but his anger and incredible desire for revenge made him leave after only a while of training. Eventually he decided that he would have to train himself without help, but then he heard the stories of the saiyans survivors who had went to earth and become incredible warriors who had saved the planet on many occasions. Maybe they would understand his plight and so he journeyed to earth and is now curious to see how strong the warriors of earth are and is watching the World Martial Arts Tournament. Their Ki sense also heightens, not only toward their surroundings but within themselves as well. In this state, the fighter can supposedly see all, through any illusion or deception. They also perceive incoming attacks at a much higher rate, allowing them to react with heightened speed and agility. His inward senses allow the fighter to launch his attacks at a fraction of their usual Ki, usually around half. This heightened state of awareness slowly drains the user's Ki as it remains active, eventually forcing them to revert from the state when most of their Ki has been used up. **Required Power Level:** 100 2. **Name:** Howling Strike **Type:** Ki **Description:** The user focuses a great amount of his Ki into a single point of his body with which he uses to strike down his enemy. This usually takes the a form of a single punch or kick intended to be used as a finishing blow. **Required Power Level:** 250 3. **Name:** Fangs of Death: Eight Points **Type:** Combination **Description:** The user strikes his enemy with weak, but precise, blows aimed for the target's pressure points. If used correctly, this can render the victim unable to use their limbs for a brief time. The power and accuracy of this technique is greatly enhanced when used in conjunction with the All-Seeing Eye. **Required Power Level:** 250 **Personality:** Kouta is a tough nut to crack. On the one hand, he has a sense of justice and will not hesitate to fight in the name of it. On the other hand, his tribe's philosophy was practically forced upon him during childhood and he spent some years trying to distance himself from it and the world it was a part of, only to be inevitably drawn back in. Regardless, Kouta tries to remain the voice of reason in most situations, using a calm and analytical approach to problem solving. He tends to apply this to battle as well, often taking time to allow his opponent a few attacks in order to properly analyze their skill and devise a strategy for defeating them. As far as he's concerned, all the strength in the world means nothing if you lack the wisdom to use it properly. **History:** Kouta was born to the mysterious Shi-Long Tribe. Living in a remote forest, the Shi-Long Tribe were said to be descendents of ancient Mystics who were supposedly responsible for teaching early humans how to use Ki. In ancient times, the Mystics were said to wage war with Demons, who supposedly ruled most of the world at the time. Outnumbered by the Demons, the Mystics decided to teach humans how to use Ki in order to gain an ally in their fight. From this, they allegedly defeated the Demons and banished most of them to the Makai Realm. The Mystics who fought alongside the humans stayed among them, and formed a union that eventually became the Shi-Long Tribe of today. The Shi-Long Tribe are, for the most part, demon hunters who search the world for stray Demons and other evil entities that have yet to be dealt with using the techniques taught to their ancestors by the Mystics. Their signature technique, the All-Seeing Eye, is the key to their success at tracking down Demons and piercing their deceptions. Kouta himself grew up on these stories and legends, spent his childhood training in the martial arts and learning the sacred techniques of the tribe. But something about it just felt empty to him. Kouta found himself having no real aspiration for hunting demons and in his late teens he left the tribe, seeking to live a normal life in one of the cities. But destiny has a nasty habit of catching up to those who try to ignore its call. One night, while Kouta and his then-girlfriend Shino were sleeping, a demon appeared and murdered Shino, mistaking her for a demon hunter, meaning his intended target was Kouta. Grief-stricken and guilt-ridden, Kouta returned to Shi-Long village only to find it burned to the ground. Apparently a powerful Demon had attacked the village, exterminating its residents and then tracked down Kouta only to kill the wrong target. The last of his breed now, Kouta began wandering the world in search of the Demon responsible for attacking the village and murdering Shino. And while he was at it, he decided to go ahead and hunt down anything else that needed killing, vowing to never let anyone be victimized again.
