Welcome to Transform! A sentai/Kamen Rider inspired Japanese superhero RP in which the characters are students by day and masked vigilantes by night.
During the day, the characters will interact with each other in Hongo academy, named after the founder of the school, Takeshi Hongo. During the night, the players will fight against the various allied evil forces including demons, zombies, cyborg mutants and more.
The villains are many and varied, but some players also have villains. Keep in mind that villains are closely tied to the storyline, but you are free to create them.

The story outline is as follows:
In this city, strange things have begun to happen. Disappearances, strange sightings, odd lights in the sky, and they increase in number every day. It is up to the young vigilantes to restore the peace of the town and find the sources of all the strange happenings occurring in the city. Unbeknownst to all, the forces of evil scheme in the background and have joined forces in their campaign against humanity. In these turbulent times, the heroes must take a stand and fight for all of mankind, lest they doom the world to a grim fate.
Currently considering closing the RP as this is my first time and I don’t want too many people.

Appearance:
Name: Takeru Takato
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Personality: Takatora is a previous shut-in who hasn’t gotten out of his shut-in habits as he was forced back to school by the school president. So basically, he is socially awkward and has a fairly negative outlook on like. Fairly cynical but he tries not to tread on any toes because he’s afraid of the social repercussions he may incur. He also has a certain fear for publicity and is scared of people finding out his identity. He’s actually a considerate person and has a weak point for anyone weaker than himself. That said, he’s also usually a coward and likes to avoid conflict because he lacks the motivation to deal with annoying situations. When he transforms, he silently fights for justice using the darkness for stealth takedowns.
Hero appearance: When Takeru transforms, he gains a suit of black demon armour entirely made out of a mysterious metal which gives the appearance of a scaly-black demon-like humanoid with a plated tail that ends on a point (he can stab people with it). The gauntlets end with sharp claws and the helmet covers his entire head. The helmet is shaped like a demon’s head but is made of the same material as the rest. His eyes show through the helmet in a glowing red tint.
Hero name: Demon (not his choice, he just got the name when he appeared in public)
Powers: The demon suit grants him the power of flight (because demon wings) along with enhanced strength and speed. The armour protects him from physical and metaphysical harm but not perfectly for either. The metal the suit is made of is strange and while it does block attacks to a point, after that point the attack just goes straight through the armour. He can also summon infernal chains which he can control with his mind. He can use the chains to bind someone which seals those bound by it and negates their powers so that they basically become a normal human. This seal can be opposed through force of will, however, and if the person trapped overcomes the seal then the chains binding them break. When he doesn't have his demon suit on, he can summon and control 1 chain of up to 50 meters of length. Wile in his demon armour form, he can summon seemingly limitless amounts of chains at any length. If he summons the 1 chain outside of his demon form, it'll sap his strength for however long he has it out for and will vanish if he's close to passing out.
Transforming item: Ironically shaped cross necklace which he wears. Holds the power given to him and he can also hear the whisperings of Satan when he wears it. Holds the necklace and whispers I call upon the power of Satan to transform.
History: Takeru had a fairly normal early life, albeit a slightly withdrawn one. This slight introversion got worse when he entered primary school but his social withdrawal really began in middle school and by the time he entered high school, he was beginning to leave his room less and less. There wasn’t really a reason for it. It had just built into it. His parents are often away on business trips so they never really noticed. After the first half of his first year of high school, he shut himself in his house and never went to school. It was somewhere in the middle of the second half that he met he met Satan and formed a contract with him. Great power for free, no cost. Assuming he used it to save the world. Yep, Satan wanted him, a shut-in, to save the world. At first, Takeru was reluctant. After all, he had a really negative outlook on life. But he decided to take it anyway. He didn’t exactly have anything better to do, first of all. Second of all, the world was going to die somehow, even if he did do something so he may as well have fun first. And besides that, he’s not the kind of person to just let everyone die. Besides doing the occasional odd job for Satan, he could use his powers however he wanted. At first, he thought about using it for personal gain but realised he didn’t exactly want anything. So he decided to fight crime or something. It was after he’d done this for a while that the School president (student council president) arrived at his house stating that she knew his identity. She then threatened to reveal his identity to the public unless he went back to school. He made it in time to scrape by the final exams and is making plans bracing himself to continue school.
Other: Animals dislike Takeru for some reason.
Name: Cale Hodde
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Personality: An outgoing and energetic guy. He is sociable, and somewhat selfess. He isn't usually generous, and has some 'stingy' ideals on how punishment in the world should be handled, and is glad to be able to play a part in solving higher level crime. As well as punishing higher-level criminals, if such a word can be used on those responsible for the current phenomenon. He is flashy, and constantly wonders if he should just reveal himself or not. He enjoys spotlight, but knows the drawbacks it can have. Plus, whats the use of being a hero if you can't have some side-life besides it?
Hero name: Bright Executioner.
Powers: A summonable super-suit. The suit grants him some slightly enhanced speed and strength, it contains nano-mites that also are spread throughout the suit and the body that are able to repair it and help heal Cale whenever he is injured. It also grants him rocket-propelled flight through boosters that are scattered across the suit. However, the suits main power is its collection of energy-based gadgets. It contains energy based blasters in the hand, plasma-blades, force-fields, as well as grenades, land-mines, and any other energy based weapon he could want for the most part. Although most of the weapons can be used through the suit, others are found in metallic cubes around his waist in his 'utility belt'.
Transforming item: At will.
History: Cale had an exquisite childhood. His parents weren't rich, but they worked to give him gifts whenever they could. He had many friends and was always enthusiastic about making more. He was some-what friendly with his teachers during school and even started his own 'anti-bullying' campaign in middle school where he and a few others would take bullys and beat them up in retaliation to what they did to others. This got a few of his friends expelled, but people rarely thought he was a part of these schemes. Plus those who were also involved would also leave Cale out of whatever they told the authorities, be them teachers or parents. Sometimes they did it because they thought it was the right idea, other times they were scared to rat him out. Either way, Cale was never in trouble.
When was a senior in high-school, he took an interest in exploration and wandering the woods around his house. During one of his little expeditions, he had gotten lost. While trying to find his way home, he had found a perfectly square metal box partly buried in the ground. Curiosity being what it was, he went to see what it was. He touched it, and it gave off bright green glows. He became more curious, he tried to dig it up, and once he excavated it, it exploded. When it did, however, the fragmants were drawn to Cale. They merged with his dying body and repaired him. Repaired him, as well as granting him the ability to use some special mechanisms that were originally contained within the box. Once he discovered how some of these worked, he became aware of the 'suit' property. This in turn gave birth to the bright executioner. Being able to execute justice the way he wanted, both anonymously as well as symbolically, he was quick to begin his rampage against tyranny and villainy.
Other: Can't use his weaponry without the suit, only the strength and speed is usable without putting it on. Is certainly not against the death penalty, mostly if the criminals have committed atrocities against other's lives. Suit is lost alien property.
Appearance: "Oh. How pathetic, 'nee-san'."
Name: "Kyoko Sasahara", notably an assumed name
Age: Outwardly, Kyoko appears to be around ten years old. She is in fact closer to 30.
Gender: Female
Personality: Kyoko appears to be a cute little girl, clutching a rabbit toy. This picture of innocence is deeply deceptive, as Kyoko possesses a sharp tongue and a deeply derisive attitude to those around her, allies and enemies alike. She possesses a seemingly ruthless attitude in combat, appearing to have little hesitating in slaughtering her enemies. And while she will kill without the slightest pause, even her threats to harm civilians somehow may ring hollow. But not necessarily everyone will realize this. Kyoko does not seem to attack random civilians, and seems to avoid them rather then fight where they can be caught in the crossfire. She has a cynical attitude and a sarcastic sense of humor, frequently mockingly referring to her enemies as "nee-san" or "nii-san" in spite of likely being older than them. Of course, to people who don't already know her nature, she can easily appear as a harmless little girl, frequenting a patisserie by herself. In spite of her usual attitude, she has a liking for cakes.
Villain Appearance: "Now, let me invite you into the flames of hell."
Villain name: Strike Inferno
Powers: By activating a belt called "Inferno Trigger", Kyoko appears to gain an adult body temporarily, though it is quickly covered in armor so it is difficult to tell. She gains a high level of durability, and each punch releases a burst of flames. She can conjure blasts of fire, or wreath herself in flames as well. Naturally, in addition to protecting her, Kyoko's armor is entirely fireproof. Even untransformed, Kyoko exhibits a high degree of strength far beyond what her appearance as a child would indicate, capable to easily taking a grown man down by herself, though she can't exactly take a transformed hero like that. However, she possesses some healing capabilities and can regenerate from many nonlethal injuries. She has three finishers, Hellfire, Burn Punch, and Burn Kick. The first releases an overwhelming stream of fire from her pals, and the latter two are high-impact strikes with added fire.
Transforming item: Inferno Trigger, a belt with a number of circular red patterns on a screen in the center. It declares "Incinerate!" before every finisher.
History: Rumor has it there was a series of black projects by a rogue agency to create the ultimate super soldier. Rumor has it this project was busted by a nameless hero. Rumor has it he saved a young girl from the wreckage, but passed away from his injuries. Rumor has it this girl's view of the world was bathed in fire and that she rose against it.
But who can say what is truth, and what is fiction?
Other: N/A
Appearance:
Name: Morrigan Faye
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Personality: Morrigan in both her guises is a bit of a firebrand. While she has a kind heart her reaction to what she sees as cruelty and injustice often results in her going off half-cocked and starting a fight. Usually she wins, but especially in her student guise it tends to cause more trouble than it solves. She's developed a reputation as a hellraiser, a troublemaker. There's a lot of anger and pent-up aggression in her, and it's probably a good thing she has the Crusader to give her a means of releasing some of that rage. She's a tomboy and a loner, more inclined to go out for hockey than cheerleading, and more likely to go out for neither. Since taking up the guise of the Crusader her loner tendencies have increased.
Hero Appearance:
Hero name: Crusader
Powers: After performing her transformation ritual Morrigan becomes obscured by gold light. When it fades she is encased in a full suit of medieval-style gold armor from head to toe, including a massive visored helm (she also appears significantly older when the helm is off.) This armor is functional and incredibly resilient to attack, shielding her body from both physical and supernatural attack to an impressive degree. In addition her physical strength is greatly increased. While not outside the realm of normal for Humans she gains the kind of strength expected of a heavyweight boxer rather than the significantly smaller woman she is, and she has remarkable endurance as well. The armor is surprisingly light, resulting in her maintaining her natural speed and dexterity in it. The Sword is where her true power lies, though. In her hands she is empowered with the skill of the past wielder or wielders - she isn't quite sure - who were masters of the form in their time. In addition the blade bursts into red flames, and possesses supernatural abilities that grant it the ability to harm paranormal beings. It is especially hateful to the walking dead, demons, and other beings incarnated of evil.
A recent battle caused her to discover a new facet of her abilities. By thrusting The Sword into a pool of water she can summon a water spirit in the form of a horse, a creature that calls itself Kelpie, and allows her to ride it. Kelpie is extremely fast and very manueverable, although effectively useless in battle, and once she dismounts she must find a large enough body of water to re-summon Kelpie. A bathtub isn't enough, but even a small swimming pool is more than enough.
Transforming item: The Sword (name pending as soon as she thinks of a good one), a four foot, double-edged longsword (see above). To transform Morrigan kneels with her forehead against the pommel and the tip against the ground and says, "In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti, Amen."
History: Morrigan Faye spent most of her childhood in and out of foster homes across the country. While good-hearted she had a pattern of causing trouble and of having trouble follow her, more than her prospective parents were willing to take, and so she bounced around within the system, home to home, orphanage to orphanage, until she finally landed with the Beckett family. The Becketts, an older couple whose children were already grown, accepted Morrigan for her chaotic behavior and poor luck and were able to tame the girl's nature to some extent. That was fortunate, because that was about when It happened.
It being her first encounter with Her. Morrigan has bad luck with names, and is even worse at making them up. Her being a strange, pale-skinned woman with dark hair, clad in a gray robe. She seemed to know Morrigan already, and somehow the girl trusted her. The woman led her to a lake before vanishing, and something about the lake called to Morrigan. As she waded in, curious, a hand rose up from the lake bearing a shining sword. Morrigan was naturally taken aback as the blade was pressed into her hands, and somehow seemed to stick there as though it was where it was supposed to be. The girl quickly beat a retreat, but as she returned to the home from her long, strange walk she noticed she still had the sword.
Fortunately the Becketts were out at the time, or she would have had the awkward task of explaining why it was she had a sword. She hid the weapon, but found herself studying it when she had the chance, drawing it from the hiding place in the rolls of blankets under her bed to look at it, then spending her days off walking with it, practicing with it in the woods where she had first encountered the woman, first found the blade.
The more she handled the blade the more strange things began to happen. The sword rapidly became familiar to her, like an extension of herself, and she found the weight easy to handle, almost second nature to control. Then, caught up in a fit of imagination and urged on by the strange will of the sword, she knelt, and whispered the words. That was when things started getting really strange as she transformed for the first time.
Appearance: About 5'8"
Name: Diarmi 'Dimi' Akiyama
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Personality: Flip tends to stick his nose into other people's problems, offering his help without hesitation or foresight. He gets a little disappointed when he's turned away. That said, he's very tight-lipped about his own problems and tends to refuse help. Even when he's getting overwhelmed, he tries to fix his problems on his own occasionally with disastrous results. He's generally distrustful of most adults, even those around his age. Despite his general cheer, he seems to dislike talking due to an inexplicable (and apparently Russian) accent. He's chosen to fashion himself into a real-life superhero to protect the city and, more importantly to him, his little sister.
Hero Appearance: Though with a blue weighted scarf around his neck.
Hero name: Flip
Powers: He has a small variety of psychic skills that is granted by his item - the production of a levitation bubble, psychic shield, extra field of vision, and pyrokinesis. The power of these abilities do rely on his state of mind - for example, increasing anger or happiness can give a major boost to his pyrokinesis, resulting in a larger, longer-burning fire. However, he mostly relies on sleight of hand - since he lacks the physical strength to outright face opponents, he tends to "cheat" a bit. Distract, blind with his scarf, keep them at a distance, pickpocket their weapons, that sort of thing, as using his powers can be draining. In addition, several years of gymnastic classes have given him a fair amount of agility and flexibility.
Transforming item: He does need to apply pressure to the eye on the back of his neck and be able to focus on transforming - loud noises, sudden flashes, and the like can prevent the process from occurring.
History: Dimi's family absolutely loves tourists. His father runs a souvenir and knickknack shop year-round. His mother may be an elementary school teacher for most of the year but over the summer and breaks, she takes her two sons to the streets and they put on shows. Dimi was always the one to collect the money at the end, and he quickly learned how to play up his youth/cuteness for more money. His older brother also taught him how to get even more money through 'other tricks'. Off-season, Dimi was enrolled in gymnastic classes to learn more tricks for his mom's show. He was generally very happy with his home life and, when his mother gave birth to her first daughter, Delfina, Dimi doted over her as well. Innocence doesn't last forever, though, and at 10, he was caught pickpocketing. As it was his first offense, he had to return the money and was left off with a stern warning. His mother expressed shock apologized to the cop and the man (and made Dimi do likewise). It wasn't until he got home that his mother revealed how disappointed in him she was - that he got caught. Apparently, his mother's family had been con men and scammers for generations. His father knew but hadn't cared since, hey, they were tourists, they'd likely never meet again and he loved his wife dearly. Dimi couldn't tell anyone since there was his little sister to consider and, well, he was a criminal too.
Dimi ended up dedicating most of his time to trying to protect Delfina from being caught. He unfortunately couldn't stop performing in his mother's shows (with his older brother away at university) and was joined by Delfina. It was during one of these performances over the spring break before school began that he lifted a man's wallet. Inside, of course, was money and cards but also a strange little black paper packet. He opened to find within an odd orange eye-shaped pendant. He decided to hold onto it, figuring maybe the person would stop by the next day, and he could slip it back in. His family probably couldn't get much for it anyways. That bit of guilt assuaged, he went to bed that night - and woke up before dawn with a stabbing pain in the back of his neck. Reaching for it, he found the eye, fused slightly beneath his skin. His reaction of freaking out was natural, though, for a few weeks, nothing more happened. It was just a strange new addition he tried to keep covered. The man never returned, and Dimi did consider the possibility it was a cursed item he'd taken despite having no other effect.
Then he accidentally triggered a transformation while trying to sleep one night. The second freak-out was notably subdued compared to the first one, though he didn't calm back down until he managed to deactivate it. The second transformation was intentional, and he began to try to figure out what it was he was wearing. It took a few hours before he discovered his new psychic powers. After that, he made a decision: since he can't stop his own family from committing crimes, the best he can do is vent his frustrations onto other criminals.
Other: He seems to have an undiagnosed bipolar disorder that he refuses to have examined or treated, lest the results interfere with his life, abilities, or powers.
Appearance: 5'5" and all of it in your face
Name: Haruko Mori
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Personality: Cheerful and full of energy even first thing in the morning, Haruko is best known for being a bit of an airhead - her grades are barely passing and she never seems to focus in class. She prefers instead to talk with as many people as possible, even total strangers, though this has earned her plenty of friends both within and without the school. The only school-related thing she really does well in is sports clubs - she has a fondness for tennis and judo. She is also somewhat talented in getting favors out of people, typically to make another person happy or to avoid doing a task she deems impossible. Sure, she's not book-smart and can be easily confused, nor does she normally keep up with the news on her own, but she does have a fair bit of common sense. She's a good listener, even if she's not very good at advice or at keeping a secret. Above all, she wants people around her to be as happy as she typically is, and gets genuinely upset if she ends up running herself ragged for nothing. Haruko tries to live life without regrets, though she hasn't entirely succeeded.
Villain Appearance: When night falls...
Villain name: Plague
Powers: Transforming into Plague gives her a few benefits - she will not keep any of her wounds gained while transformed, she feels fully rested afterwards, and is not bound by her health. Plague itself has its own powers - it can spread sickness through inflicting a wound, fly, turn intangible, and fire arrow-like feathers from its wings. However, to sustain its powers in full, Plague must consume human flesh, healthy or diseased, and must shun bright light.
Transforming item: At will, to a degree - if she is feeling ill or generally unwell, Plague can easily slip out. If she is feeling well, Plague is nowhere to be found. In addition, it must be at night.
History: Haruko is the child of divorce - both she and her sister were split at age 8, though not before there was a physical altercation. For over a year, Haruko seemed reluctant to believe that the divorce was final, frequently asking her mother when her father was coming home, even when she began dating other men. It took Haruko a few years to accept that her father wasn't coming back, and a few more months to warm up to her mother's current partner. When he offered to teach her judo, that got her on his side.
Beyond the unfortunate split, though, Haruko lived a fairly charmed life. She tended to attract people to her naturally and, even as a child, made many friends. Her parties were enormous affairs, usually held out of the house. Some people kept in touch as schools and clubs changed, some moved on without her, and a few who were significantly older were pulled away from her by work and family moving. None of this dissuaded her at all, as she knew there were always more people to meet. Besides, as far as she was decided, it didn't make a person any less of a friend just because they weren't known for long.
After one of her parties, over the summer break, she was cleaning up when she found a peculiar ring with a skull on it. As she was the only one left, she decided to hold onto it until she could find its owner. If she didn't, well, it was oddly alluring in its own morbid way, and no one would mind if she kept it, right?
Other: Haruko doesn't speak much of the divorce. She knows where her father moved to but is reluctant to have a reunion.
Plague seems to have a personality separate from its host - it puts its own health and survival above everything else, thus why it has no hesitation feeding on people. While it can make do with, say, a limb, it likes eating as much as possible and seems to be genuinely concerned about starving. Plague is highly aggressive - if it moves and is human-shaped, it's probably a meal, and if it pulls Plague off a meal, it must be destroyed. It's also not terribly smart, though it is capable of basic hunting strategies. Pretty much, it's a big ferocious animal barely kept on any sort of leash and if it wasn't for the fact it has some speech - mostly learned from its victims, resulting in generally nonsensical phrases and horrific screams - it'd probably be considered nonsapient.
Appearance:
Name: Fin Richards
Age:17
Gender:Male
Personality: . He isn't trying to but he withholds his opinion and emotions making him quite off putting to most. (But giving him a fan club of girls that find him mysterious, and mature....much to his dismay.) Those that attempt to get to know him find him an ever open ear that offers sound reason in their times of crisis. He also shoulders the burdens of those that need his help without any thought of reward or even a thanks. Many resident tough guys throw down with him, but his reach and strength are greater than most making the fights one sided....Leaving him looking like some thug. His powers have only led him to more headaches as its form has many mistaking him for the villain.
Hero Appearance:
Hero name: Black Seriyu
Powers: His suit is comprised of a culmination of magic and science, and while it looks menacing it is of good intentions. Its main ability is its herculean strength, and its summon-able mace. He can not fly but his strength allows him to leap great distances and when he needs to summon runes that he can jump off of in air.In addition he can summon them as tools to block projectiles or push things with a reasonable amount of force. While it doesn't have many bells and whistles, it can take incredible amounts of punishment, this is due to Fin's will.
Transforming item: at will.
History: Fin was a orphan, in the sense his parents from the time he was two lived in another part of the world, leaving him in the care of a different relative every few months. He was well provided for but he had seen his parents 6 times by the time he was 9, and never at the same time. The meetings where awkward and mostly the parent on the phone while he sat their wondering who this strange person was. A lack of self began to form, his parents, his relatives none of them really cared. It was up to him to figure out what his life was going to be. Upon his 12th birthday he learned what he was really good at, fighting. An older kid attempted to forcefully take his hand held game system away from him, and skipping the details that 17 year old got the game system...lodged in his ocular cavity.
Fin's youth was largely like any other delinquent when he was thirteen he rebelled started fighting, stealing for the sake of it, the normal. For two years this behavior continued to escalate, going as far as to be a chief enforcer for a local crew. During this time he dished out some serious beatings, and took his in kind. Hardly hero material he had been arrested twice, and was bailed out....Oddly enough a elderly man took notice of his behavior and questioned why he wasn't in school. Fin found it quite odd that a complete stranger would even speak to him, let alone lecture him. Fin lashed out punching the man as hard as he could in the stomach, fin was sure the man would be vomiting but instead he merely grunted and smiled. "That was quite the punch!" Fin couldn't help it as he expressed surprise. The old coot then motioned for Fin to follow him, why he did Fin is still too this day not sure of. Shogi....The old man had wanted to play shogi with him? Fin sat down across from him, and hesitantly asked "How do I play?"
That event changed Fin for the better, oddly enough this man had been a hand of the yakuza for some time, but had led a life of regrets and blood shed. Nothing good comes with being violent, and even less comes from being angry. It was odd how they would meet once a day and play shogi, eventually the man convinced him to return to school and even more unlikely become calm. When he was 16 he had came by for his daily shogi match and to speak about his school day he found the door busted open, he had cautiously walked in being sure not to say a word. The house had been so still, but a gunshot rattled Fin. He had not been shot but his friend, could be heard letting out a pained yelp. Without thinking Fin bolted into the room, where three men had encircled his friend who laid beaten and bloody on the floor....It was only reasonable you can't retire from the Yakuza...But despite his logic and understanding that his friend had it coming, Fin rushed the back of one of the men.
The next thing Fin new his vision was red but not from anger but what seemed to be a lens? He had no time to process it before he nearly impaled the man with his newly formed armor. But rather than question why it was there he turned and grasped the next one by his throat and lifted him off the ground as if he was nothing more than a toy! He could have crushed his throat like you would crush a tin can, but the thought was interrupted by another gun shot, and another, and another, till the entire clip had been emptied! Without looking a red glyph slammed the man so hard he was logged in the wall. Fin in a moment of clarity remembered what his friend had said, blood being spilled is not the answer for blood spilled...
According to the police reports it was an inner gang power struggle and was left at that. While not pleased with these turn of events he would proceed to continue as the man wished, but the question of where his armor came from would remain.
Other:
Appearance:
Name: Hibiki Yoshikawa
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Personality: He's probably best described as a d**k with a heart of gold. Always teasing and tricking the people around him, be it friend or foe, however whenever someone dear to him is suffering he is able to give some good advice. When the duty calls, despite keeping his sarcasm and mockering, he becomes slightly more serious, aiming to defeat his foes at any cost.
Hero Appearance:
Hero name: Legion
Powers: Changing forms via random objects, at his base form his power is weapon summoning, however by "absorbing" characteristics from these said objects these powers and his armor coloration change. (Example There's a motorcycle next to him, he touches it, absors its "essence" and goes to Accel Form, which gives the power of super speed) However these form changes cost him a lot of energy, and are not recommended to be used recklessly, he also has a 10 minutes time limit he can remain in any of these.
Transforming item: Two seemingly normal black steel bracelets.
History: Hibiki's story isn't that exciting, he was just a person who was at the wrong place at the wrong time, but let's start from where we should, the beginning! The boy came from a fairly normal family, a hardworking dad, a caring mother and no brothers at all, just a pet cat. Hibiki despite his personality had some fairly good grades, always staying at second or third of the class and with his average amount of charisma he had a good share of friends.
Around his town, there were some rumors about people selling some sort of enhancing drugs which were quite popular among people, they said it could grant them any skills they wanted at its maximum, however if overused its user would turn into a Kaijin(Humanoid monster). These rumors turned out to be true and Hibiki found out the worst way possible. His own father was using those drugs to be able to work harder for the sake of his family, but in the end he became a kaijin himself. And how Hibiki found that out? As I said, he was someone who was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
The boy's mother asked him to deliver his father's case which he forgot at home before leaving to work, however once he was about to get to his dad's workplace he walked into the wrong street and found three people, a mysterious man in an even more mysterious suit, his own father, and a woman in sunglasses with a suitcase containing some weird substances, it didn't take long for him after listening to their conversation to notice that the said woman was a drug dealer, who was selling those enhancing drugs and his father had been buying it for some time, enough time to be corrupted, as his father changed his form to a horrid monster, the boy gasped, that one little sound would change his life forever. The man in the suit noticed the boy looking back to him, giving the kaijin enough time to land a powerful strike on him, making the said suit disappear and the man fall on the ground hurted. "Boy" Said the man "I barely know you and this is pretty selfish of my part but...take these bracelets, you'll know what to do." despite the strike, the man seemed to be quite sick as well, and with one more strike the man passed away. Aware that his father was now gone and apparently so was the man, the boy put the bracelets on and opened his arms by pulling them back yelling right away "Transformation!" then quickly putting his arms in front of him and hitting the bracelets on each other, as it was natural, just as if the bracelets were telling him what and how to do.
All of this led to a fight which resulted in the kaijin's demise, his own father died by his hands, and now in possession of some incredible power, Hibiki decided to punish all crimes in the city by using the name of Legion.
Other: MUSIC THEME!
Catchphrase: I am many heroes in one! My name is Legion, it's nice to meet you!
Name: Sakura O'Hair
Age: 14
Female
Appearance: 4'11", 100 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes. In civilian clothes, she prefers T-shirts and jeans. Her costume is a white shirt with a red flame design on the chest, a long red skirt, a red cape, and a red carnival-style mask. She also grows dragon wings from her shoulder, with a six-foot wingspan. Her weapon is a three-foot sword that she is able to ignite.
Hero Name: She prefers to be called Crimson Flame, but some of the newspapers have taken to calling her The Dragon's Daughter..
Powers: flight, super-toughness, pyrokinesis, fire-breathing.
Item: A golden ring carved in the shape of a dragon, with a ruby in its mouth. To activate it, she says the phrase "Dragonfire, ignite my heart!"
Weaknesses: Vulnerable to ice and water
Personality: As fiery as her alter ego, Sakura is proof that size is no indicator of toughness. She's gotten into several fights sticking up for bullied students. She doesn't like to speak much, and is an avid reader. Her hobby is playing baseball.
Bio: Born to an Irish father and a Japanese mother in Tokyo, Sakura was tormented by bullies from an early age for her heritage. Instead of withdrawing, she stood up for herself and got the bullies to back down. This earned her a lot of respect from her peers, but she still feels like a bit of an outsider.
Last month, she came across a strange ring while walking through the local park. As she picked it up, the knowledge of her new powers came to her almost instinctively. However, knowing how to do something and actually being able to do it are two very different things, and she is still struggling to get her powers under control.
Appearance: They're quite an alarming girl. Black hair.
Name: Mizushima Kasumi
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Personality: Despite the way she dresses and essentially being a delinquent, Kasumi's a good person that doesn't believe in violence for its own sake--but she does believe in fighting to prevent the fighting, no matter how counterproductive that ends up seeming. She is, also surprisingly, pretty good in class... for all that she flouts the rules outside of it.
Hero Appearance: Bike included.
Hero name: Volt Lancer
Powers: Obviously, she has a pretty overdone motorbike--which also transforms, from the bike she normally has anyway. Even if she transforms away from it, it'll arrive pretty soonish, provided that Kasumi is stood outside in the first place. Her actual 'powers' would seem underwhelming to most heroes: she pretty much just attempts to fight you with her weaponry, or even her bare hands. Even the weaponry's electric shocks don't really do all that much.
There's a big secret, though: she's a cyborg. Even untransformed, she's got to work to not give away her raw capabilities. Transformed, the suit goes towards augmenting this. She'd really like to actually have some sort of finisher rather than needing a 'death of a thousand cuts' style approach against tough enemies.
Transforming item: The transformation item is sticking a key into a belt buckle, and twisting. Always good to keep with tradition.
History: Kasumi fell in with gangs more or less by accident, just by hanging out with the wrong people and following along. Not content with any violence, though, she worked on putting a stop to it by becoming bigger and scarier than any of the others. It wasn't something that the girl was having much success with--until, one day, she was in an entirely too coincidental motorbike accident.
The doctor there when she woke up explained that, had she been treated by anyone else, she would be quite dead by now. Instead, she'd been saved... at the expense of being turned into something that was no longer a normal human. The cost for this miraculous treatment? That she use the power it granted to stop villains.
The strange scientist probably wasn't too happy about her becoming a major gang leader at the same time, but hey, crime rates are down a bit.
Other: Nope.
Name: Ikaku Musoka
Appearance:
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Personality: Ikaku is a laid back, easy going dreamer with a fixation on bodily pleasures and artistic expression. Always seen with a lazy smile on his lips and, if he can get away with it, a cigarette between his fingers. Known for his hedonistic tendencies, Ikaku enjoys alcohol and other…substances…while he works. His deepest pleasure comes from creating art. He adores any and all forms of art from street graffiti to fine sculptures made from marble. His one ambition is to create art worthy of the world, something that captures the beauty he sees in the world and gives his view of the world to others.
Hero Appearance: Ikaku’s Hero state, Iru, is a sleek white suit. It has heavy armour on its sides, gauntlets and pauldrons that are a dark grey colour that extends to his neck. The helmet that connects to the armour is completely black and seems to be made of a substance that resembles glass. Iru has three belts that wrap around his hips, joined at a single point on the front of his waist, the belts on his sides droop low and touch his knees. Each belt holds small spherical coloured capsules known as Patterns. The joining point is a black mechanism, round in shape with an obvious indentation in the front.
Hero name: Iru
Powers: Iru is able to swap ‘Styles’ on the fly through the use of Patterns with the Iru Catalyst, the buckle on the belt. These different Styles allow him to adapt to his enemy with different armour and weapons.
Tsuyo Style – using his Tsuyo Pattern, Iru’s armour changes the black parts of his suit to red. The armour shifts and becomes heavier, the white of his suit only showing around his thighs and back. Tsuyo Form comes equipped with the Sei Sword, a long blade with a red imprint in its hilt. Tsuyo is based on strength and force and as such attacks stronger.
Kawa Style – Using the Kawa Pattern, Iru’s armour all but disappears. A pattern forms along the white suit and the glass-like helm fills in with a dark blue hue. Kawa Style comes with the Kei Spear, a long spear with a dark blue shaft. Kawa is a fast moving Pattern, allowing Iru to move at blinding speeds.
Kansei Style – Using the Kansei Pattern, Iru loses all his armour and white suit becomes a sinister black. Pinpricks of light can be seen in the helmet. Iru uses no weapons in the form, trading everything for intense stopping power. Kansei drains Iru irrevocably and cannot be used for long periods of time.
Transforming item: The Iru Catalyst. A black round belt buckle that when put onto Ikaku’s waist connects to the other end with three belts. By placing an Iru Pattern sphere into the indentation and crushing it with his fist, the colour seeps out from the Pattern and forms the Iru suit. Ikaku enjoys shouting out a battle cry when he transforms. It never stays the same.
History: Ikaku was born to an artistic mother and a business man father, giving him a very apparent dichotomy in his upbringing. His father wished for Ikaku to grow up and become a business man like him and his mother instead wished for him to become an artist like her. These opposing views became the crucible that formed the person that Ikaku is today. A laid back artist with a sharp mind and need to be seen by the world as a success.
This upbringing is what caused him to wish to fight back at the injustice that he had witnessed in his city. Weird monsters and archetypal evil people causing a menace. Ikaku was chosen by the Sien Organization, the company his father worked for, to be the guinea pig for the Iru Project…giving him the ability to fight back.
Other: Closet Otaku.

-Accepted character sheets-
Appearance: Dresses something like this, same colors as well.
Name: Yukiko Suehara
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Personality: Yukiko is supremely confident with herself. She is an energetic and eager girl, with boundless levels of unstoppable enthusiasm. She is extremely cheerful and friendly, desiring to talk to just about everyone she meets. Yukiko could easily be referred to as "hotblooded", and she has an extremely strong sense of justice and desire to protect people who need it. Some people would probably be inclined to call her an idiot, as she's not that great in school, kind of impatient, and tends to charge into things believing her spirit will see her through no matter what. However, she's not actually stupid, more just boasting a total lack of common sense and studying. However, Yukiko feels that "You don't need common sense when you've got HARD WORK AND GUTS!" Yukiko loves food and eats quite a bit, likely to fuel her highly energetic lifestyle. She also likes things like Kamen Rider, hotblooded mecha anime, and hotblooded magical girl anime. Anything hotblooded and action-packed, really.
Hero Appearance: Hairstyle is more like this in her usual form too. The armor is pink and black,
Hero name: Buster Girl
Powers: After activating Final Trigger, Yukiko's body is covered in an armor called Buster Gear. This armor enhances her physical strength to a high degree, allowing her to dent metal and fracture concrete with her punches and kicks. It also protects her body, rendering bullets ineffective and rendering her far more durable. Yukiko also gains the ability to project beams of rather pink energy from the palms of her hands, and the capability to initiate finishers. As each finisher is initiated, Final Trigger declares "Last One". As of now, Yukiko only knows how to perform two finishers. Buster Beam, which fires a thick blast of energy from her right palm, and Buster Punch, an extremely powerful impact-based finisher using her fist.
Transforming item: Final Trigger, a belt that activates when Yukiko puts it on and cries out "Transform!"
History: Yukiko's father passed away when she was very young, leading to her being raised solely by her Mother for almost her entire life. Her Mother, however, was and still is quite a good parent. She was, and still is, also a massive fan of... well, just about anything filled with lots of shouting and hotblooded action. This resulted in Yukiko growing up surrounded by such things, and enthralled with them just like her Mother. This also lead to an extremely good relationship with her Mother, even though she's rather busy do to work and a few other things. Yukiko's desire to be a "HERO OF JUSTICE" has lasted almost her entire life. Even as a little girl she tried to fight bullies, and still feels that way today. As a result, she takes martial arts lessons, since childhood, in a bid to be able to fight for justice. Yukiko discovered the Final Trigger in the aftermath of what looked like it might have been a fight, and was rather surprised when it attached itself to her waist. After discovering what it did, Yukiko unhesitatingly became a hero of justice.

Other: N/A
Appearance: "Oh.
Age:17
Gender:Male

Appearance:
