I think his main concern is how lazily you copypasted the characters. This is effectively the wikia article word-for-word, with little original thought put into it.

Besides, the main purpose of RPing is to create your own content and have it interact with other players. If you use a canon character, you don't get the chance to feel the creative buzz of creating something.

This is true, but it is still quite interesting to think of how some servants would become like in other classes, which adds new flavors to an existing blend.

It only takes a bare minimum of effort to adapt a canon character to a CS. If you can't be bothered to do that, then you're giving off the impression that you're not interested in the game.
So, let's play a punishment game. If you still want in, make a new OC character, one who isn't from Fate canon and you haven't used in a previous Fate game.

You already have your own RP, quit trying to get a fucking monopoly on Fate games.
That goes for Tatsua Aiisen, GuyYouWishYouDidntKnow, and Phantom Wanderer too. Also BB, YandereClock, Sublimination, Necrosis, Raijinslayer, and Grey when they inevitably decide to join. You guys are awful.

While the idea of adapting a character to a different archetype is appealing, it's not a strenuous creative effort. Hercules as a Rider isn't that much different from Hercules as a Berserker, despite the difference in archetypes.

If you never try, you will never know how to make servants. Chances are that if you know how to roleplay as a servant, you will also be able to make one, even if its powers are bland or unbalanced.

Still, roleplaying is not about powers. As long as you can use your tools well, you are good to go.

I just kinda wanted to play as Kojiro, I haven't gotten a chance to use him in a long time and I really like his personality. Please don't bully~!

I actually think Hercules from Berserker to any class is a paradigm shift. It lets you explore his personality and expand upon it, as well as giving him novel outlets to enact both character and power niche.

That's true. However, I still prefer the idea of making original characters for original RPs. Why restrict yourself from your own creative thought just because you like the way the character looks? A Rider that is like Hercules but not allows for more creative thought than Hercules as a Rider.

Hercules would only have one personality we never got to see (fully) due to the Mad Enhancement.
Changing his classes around would mostly only affect his equipment and NPs.

In regards to creative output though, that is a significant well you can tap into.

Sometimes when a character archetype resonates with me I like to play that archetype out and add in small additions of my own ideas. I guess it isn't so much a restriction as it is more of personal preference.
