We do have a group of nomads, and they do seem to raid, but I don't think one would call them scavenging/raiding nomads. So no.

lasers/particle cannons, missiles, and plasma batteries on warships, missiles and drones/fighters/bombers on droneships, PD and small railgun & plasma batteries on tranports. Nothing on scouts or lightships, if i bring those in
